I wish I took a photo of my food. While it looked alright, it was mediocre at best. So I came here to try the new chicken sandwich that is supposed to be on par with yum brands other fast food place Popeyes. I still don't understand how you can own both of these companies and have such a terrible chicken sandwich at one and such an amazing at the other. Now this isn't a knock at this store but specifically as the BK brand as a whole. How can you honestly charge $5.49 for chicken sandwich that is smaller than the other chicken sandwiches out there right now that are selling for $3.99 and are far more superior in taste and quality than what you just offered. I will give it to BK for being a burger place that is actually serving real chicken as opposed to processed chicken, that's an amazing thing, however, do not call your spicy chicken sandwich spicy if it lacks spice. And certainly provide better quality in your side items if you're going to go the full gamut and provide things like mozzarella sticks. They're bland they need salt and they need to stretch better. The staff at this BK was incredibly nice friendly and definitely inviting and that's the reason why it gets a three star review had it just been based on the meal that I had I would have to give it a two. Read moreI came in here the other day because Facebook had an ad for a $3.00 double burger meal combo. The ad specifically said "in store only" and said to mention coupon before ordering. It also sent a copy of the ad to my email account. There was nothing to clip, no other instructions or anything.
I walked in and showed the lady at the register the coupon on Facebook. She told me to open it. I told her there was nothing to open, that it was on Facebook and just told her to mention it before ordering. She pointed behind me and tried to explain in broken English that I had to do it online on the kiosk and they should make it. I looked and asked, "what kiosk?" She then pointed in a different direction and repeated herself and mumbled something about an app on the kiosk. I walked in the direction she pointed, and was (not) surprised to find that there was no kiosk anywhere.
I'm willing to bet that the lady at the register was simply too lazy or otherwise unwilling to deal with the coupon that was advertised. Rather than make a scene, I just walked out. I didn't want anybody spitting in my food over a couple dollars off a cheap...
Read moreI always ordered thru a drive thru service , and for the 4th time they always messed up my order. Just like today, i ordered 2 hamburgers and 2 fries and they gave me instead 1 hamburger and 1 onion rings. I was not able to check when they handed me my order for i am in a hurry. But to my dismay, when i gave the food to my nephew, it was completely different. My nephew doesn’t even eat onion rings, only fries and he is so hungry for he just came from school at 9pm. I want to go back to the store and complain again but it is already late. So i am really dissapointed on the service of this store. Last time, when i immediately checked my order and they gave me the wrong one, i parked at the parking lot and went inside to complain and they replaced them but still this a very bad service, very irresponsible, messing up my orders not only once but the fourth time already. Perhaps, there are other customers who expereinced this kind of service at this Burger King store. I don’t usually post a bad review but this is already repetitous. Anyway, moral of the lesson, always check your order before you leave the drive...
