Probably more of a 3.5 star place for me. I ordered the classic milk tea and was unfortunately unimpressed by it, one of the reasons being that the boba was too soft like it was overcooked. On top of that, the milk seemed to have a strange aftertaste. Like it was made with oatmilk, which actually, I really don't like at all. Even though this place does look trendy inside and has good branding, I cannot for the any reason find what their base ingredients are, so I don't know what kind of milk they are offering.
Also, they seem to be charging $1 more for everything compared to other places. My classic milk tea with boba came out $7 and change, other places for a regular size is $6 and change. I wasn't even sure if I could get sauce for my garlic cajun fries in the case that they were going to charge for dipping sauce too. The dipping sauce prices and flavors weren't on the menu under the fries, so I was caught off-guard by the cashier even offering.
Verdict: probably not returning. Can get better prices elsewhere and no weird aftertastes in...
Read moreHad an overall good experience here. Customer service is great with friendly and fast staff (though I believe we were met with the actual owner). He made sure we actually liked what we ordered and made us comfortable.
I ordered the egg coffee, which tasted just right and didn't give me a caffeine headache hours after consumption. My friend really enjoyed his drink as well, and the boba itself was soft and chewy - I think it's the chewiest I've ever had them actually.
We also ordered the popcorn chicken, which was good, but tasted dry in some pieces. Other than that, I really liked the sauce, which he said was sweet and sour chili sauce.
The decor I really liked though, with it bright and simplistic with a somewhat European ish vibe.
They also had a variety of things on the menu, with things that most other boba shops don't have, such as mojitos and Korean corn dogs.
My one complaint was that they didn't give us a lot of pieces compared to the price, which was kind...
Read moreSo I’ve been waiting for this place to open ever since I saw that they were going to be located right by my house. I am a huge boba fanatic! So of course I was excited. Very nice place! Very clean and bright which I love! Customer service was phenomenal! However, it is located next to a nail salon which means the smell of nail polish is pretty strong. I ordered a Thai Tea with regular boba. It was delicious except the boba was too soft for my taste. I also ordered the beignets. Compared to Disneyland beignets, I wish they would add the powder sugar, that alone would absolutely top their beignets. They are very soft, flakey, and currently being dissolved in my stomach. ✨Nevertheless, I will...
