We had the pleasure of hiring M&Ro Kitchen Catering for our daughter’s first birthday party, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Chef Markel and his associate Vera were truly exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment they arrived, they carried themselves with the utmost professionalism. They set up efficiently, cooked everything fresh on-site, and presented each dish with such elegance and attention to detail. The menu they crafted was nothing short of spectacular:

⭐ Profiteroles with Smoked Salmon Cream & Seaweed Salad – A delightful bite, full of flavor and beautifully balanced with orange zest and dill. ⭐ Flatbread with Prosciutto, Arugula & Peach – The perfect mix of savory and sweet, an absolute hit with our guests. ⭐ Fresh Green Salad with Avocado – Light, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. ⭐ Filet Mignon with Truffle Mashed Potatoes & Creamy Mushroom Sauce – Cooked to perfection, melt-in-your-mouth delicious! ⭐ Korean BBQ Salmon with Coconut Curry Cauliflower – A unique and flavorful dish that had everyone raving. ⭐ Cannoli with Lemon Ricotta Cream – The perfect sweet ending—light, creamy, and absolutely delicious!

Not only was the food incredible—beautifully plated, flavorful, and high quality—but Markel and Vera also left our kitchen spotless. They took care of everything, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration with our guests.

All of our guests were beyond impressed with the food and kept asking for the catering details! Chef Markell did a wonder job for a family gathering. Pastas, flatbreads and salads that were all delicious. He is a pleasure and highly professional. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is price. He did a buffet that was wonderful but significantly more expensive on a per-person basis than previous caterers I have used for comparable quality and certainly more costly than an in-restaurant experience would have cost for the same food.
