Huntington Bank — Local services in Anderson Township

Awful bank for any small business Riddle me this what's the point of a bank if they don't even keep your money safe? Second riddle how can they let the same place hit up your account numerous times without redflagging it. Hmm guess only huntington. Third riddle how can you let a account go 29,000 over draft? Why they heck can't I overdraft my own account like that? Fourth why do you take so long to fix the problem knowing it's negatively effecting a small business should we just tell our clientele sorry we can't run today our bank Huntingdon failed to protect our money? Rarely am I one to leave reviews, and this review does not go to the entirety of Huntington Bank or the majority of the staff at this location. However, to the older, female bank teller who works there. On many occasions, she has been incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me. Today, was the last straw. I went to the bank and decided to go through the drive-thru, as my dogs were in the car. Instead of greeting me politely, she instead rudely complains that I didn’t come inside for my deposit (while my dogs are clearly visible). I went into Huntington bank on Five Mile rd to open my daughter her first bank account. The lady at the desk was extremely rude. Not sure why she is in customer service. First thing she said was it’s going to be awhile. Then she said my daughter needed to be with me. To set up a savings account?? We told her we just needed an account with direct deposit. She asked if My daughter had her ID. I told her I had her birth certificate and her Social Security card. She was not helpful whatsoever informing me what I needed to do.
