Mattress Firm Anderson Commons — Hotel in Anderson

So disappointed Came in and saw Dustin Bryan and told him that we are looking for the softest mattress that is not a traditional. He pointed us to the Clermont by Beauty rest and it was AMAZING but for a king it was around the 5k price range. Our budget was around 2k, so he showed us the ISeries 300 and we liked it not as much as the Clermont but it was affordable. When we purchased our last mattress about 3 years ago the sales rep called the liquidation store and gave us a really good price and we asked if the liquidation store had any of these mattresses that we could purchase. Dustin said that we really wanted the warranty and the liquidation does not include a warranty, which we were purchasing a protect a bed protector so warranty was not top of mind. We asked him again to call and he did and they had the Clermont that we wanted and he said best he could do is 3700. We couldn't afford that so we settled with the Iseries and he said he was giving us a HUGE discount ( it ended up only 10% which we were getting anyways for the google review as advertised in store). So we walked away paying 2300 for the protector and mattress he did throw in free deliver and box spring (which we did not want anyways but came with the mattress). My partner didn't feel right about this deal and asked me to call the liquidation store my self the next day. I did and they said oh yea we have the Iseries 300 for 1000! 1300 less than what I paid!!! they said they also had the Comfort which was the one we wanted for 1300!!! that is 2500 less than what Dustin quoted!! Cal at the liquidation store was AMAZING he did an exchange for the one I bought from Dustin to the Clermont mattress and saved me after taxes and all 700$!! and upgraded my mattress! I was so relieved I called but I feel swindled since Dustin played me. I would not recommend doing business with him, guess he is trying to get as much commission as possible, or charge the highest selling price he can DEF DID NOT cut...

I came to the Anderson South Carolina store on Main Street to purchase a twin mattress for my son and Isaac was extremely helpful with everything. He let me know the kind of firmness that would work for my child based on my preference of not wanting something too soft for him as well as how the mattress would hold up in firmness according to the current size of my child. Also, how long I could expect each mattress (the ones I stopped to check out before making my final choice) to last. He also offered and assisted my son and I with what kind of pillow would work best for us based off of how our necks were positioned when we laid down. I told him I would be coming back with my husband to look at a Queen mattress of our own very soon! Great price for what I purchased and fantastic customer service from Isaac. 10/10. Thanks...

Very disappointed! Everything was supposed to be delivered this past Thursday. We sit at home waiting. My wife took a day off. And waited.I finally called around 4. He said he was trying to see what was happening. If he knew he had a bed sold he should have been on top of it. Making sure everything was going to be as he said. He should have checked at least the day before and called us . We shouldn't have to call him after all the money I paid out. He said he'd check it out and call back at 6. We had to call back again. He never did call. Told us it would be next Thursday. He said it wasn't in the warehouse yet. He should already known something about this and called us. He didn't do his job till the end.
