I purchased a Bed StĂŒ handbag from Dillards on 2/12/2022. I just recieved this bag and it is the worst purchase ever. Fist off the online shopping would not let me see what is in store or what has to be shipped from the warehouse. Then they share a shipping link via email that would not provide any shpping info.I tried to cancel and I was told you can not cancel. You have to wait to recieve the item and return it. To get tracking info I had to call customer service within the store. So the purse finally arrived and the stock photo Dillard's has for the Rockaway Taupe Driftwood is NOT even close to what I recieved! I read the details of the bag before I purchased and it did explain that color variations was normal with the process. But going by the photos verses what I recived I would say this is just the wrong color. I reached out to Bed|StĂŒ and explained what I had recieved and she went through the whole color variation spill with me and I told her I could send her a picture. She wouldn't give me an email to send it to her. Instead we looked online together while we were on the phone. The stock photo Bed StĂŒ has is more like the color I recieved. But they only have one picture and it is just the top view of the purse. She said I would have to take it up with Dillard's because they take their own photos. Well I did and was told to return it but at this point I don't know what color . I mean if they are suggesting this is just a normal color variation then I don't know or trust what another color may look like.    Read moreLet me tell you, the dillards in Anderson compared to Greenville is like night and day! Martina in the Dillards store is an absolute Angel! My daughter ordered her prom dress from Greenville store for pick up..why? Bc they have about 6 of her size on the rack there when she tried them onâŠAnderson didnât have them. So we figured ordering would be as simple as picking it up the next day she went to pick up wasnât ready, but they still had the dresses on their racks. I was confused why they were taking their time so she asked lady in customer service who gave her the worst attitude! A 17 year old a attitude! So I call and she hangs up on me after her disgusting attitude wouldnât give me any info! I call Anderson store to just see what their normal policy is for pickups curb side where Martina told me that if itâs in store typically we wait for the email to pick up after itâs processed she went further to find out the dress that was processed was sent from GA and we have to wait. If you find it that necessary to be so incredibly hateful, accusatory and condescending then maybe consider a different career. Perhaps one where you work in solitude from home. What should have been a simple return on a defective and unwearable shirt I paid full price for 7 days ago with a receipt escalated into a truly abhorrent customer service experience.
