K BBQ Kitchen — Restaurant in Anderson

First of all, I have to say I don’t write many food reviews, but I had to take the time to write this one. For the past 4 months I’ve been getting the Fried veggie and beef dumplings. In my opinion they are the best ones I’ve ever had and I still have not gotten tired of eating them! Not only are they the best in town, but they are the most reasonably priced. With that said the dumplings have been my go to but my new favorite is the chicken wings!! Hands-down the best chicken wings I’ve had in years. I know that’s a bold statement but myself, Friends and family have been getting them over the past few weeks and can’t get enough of them! so far, I’ve had a Honey hot, lemon pepper, and Korean barbecue my favorite is the lemon pepper dry rub. Best lemon pepper wings I’ve ever had hands down. The staff Is friendly and most importantly, the place is very clean....

Great Stop on the Way to Atlanta!

I stopped by K BBQ Kitchen in Anderson, SC while heading to Atlanta, and I’m so glad I did! The Korean BBQ was flavorful and satisfying, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the hamburgers were too.

The restaurant is located inside Anderson Mall, and I really liked the clean, modern design. The display TV with the digital menu and food videos was a nice touch—it made ordering easy and fun.

Was not impressed with the fried chicken. It had no crunch and was a bit overcooked/ dry on the inside and somewhat chewy. The K spicy sauce was slightly spicy and the honey hot sauce tasted of nothing. Didn't get any honey or heat level. The chicken itself needed a lot more sauce on it and lacked much flavor. Maybe serving it with a dipping sauce would've helped. Frying bone-in chicken instead of boneless nuggets would also be an improvement. Overall,...
