I personally don't leave reviews as I work in the customer service industry myself and I know how it can be sometimes. That being considered I have to say I've never had any bad interaction till today every other employee is friendly especially veronica and cadence. There was one employee though who was very rude there is no sign towards the back of the store saying no pictures I understand why bc of the adult items or just people being creeps however this was not the case . My boyfriend went to take a picture of a shirt we though was cute to see if we could find the shirt online and order it and an employee barked at us "no pictures in the back" we then showed her is was just a shirt and she rudely said again "it doesn't matter no pictures" I have no problem with someone explaining store policy and obeying store policy just don't be a dick about it . My boyfriend and I went in today and had a great experience from the second we entered the store. Every employee was kind and helpful. Kim was especially helpful in ensuring that we were knowledgeable about what we were purchasing, and also made personal connections to ensure that I wasn't feeling awkward about asking questions. I always love going in this store. Staff is great. Huge selection of unique products. There’s always something there I can get my teenagers that fit their personality. My entire family is a huge fan of their graphic T-shirt selection. Store is a tight fit. Wheel chairs would be hard to maneuver. There is a selection of adult toys at the back of the store.
