Vapor Madness — Local services in Anderson

As a frequent traveler all accross the US I find myself for the first time visiting Indiana. I must have been blessed by the travel vape God's to deserve finding this shop in Anderson, IN. Traveling allows you to see vape standards and let downs all over so you come to expect a certain amount of dissapintment when faced with going to a new shop and not knowing how the level of service will be as well as vape staff knowledge and quality of product , not to mention pricing.

I was blown away. Similar to a vape shop I had worked in California (classic vapor, upland, CA) this shop had everything in outstanding order. Vape staff happy and greeted me as soon as I came in. I learned quickly they were knowlefgeable, friendly and the vibe at the shop was very welcoming. I felt at ease right away. They treated me like a regular and I appreciated the patients and general interest they showed in helping me find what I was looking for.

Pricing- the pricing was out of this world good. For a brick and mortar store I was shocked at what I could get at this shop comapired to others. The people of Anderson and other cities lucky enough to have a vapor madness store in their town should be so thankful. For under $30 you can get a very high quality 100ml juice. Sorry where I come from in California and New York you're paying at least $10 more minimum. To know I can just come over and have it in hand same day and pay those prices I wish I was that lucky in California , not to mention they have a cool lounge.

Over all I'd say if I'm in the Indy area again this would be the only place I'd go simply for the fact it's great price, welcoming environment and knowledgable staff it's the only place you need. This isn’t a bad store just not my favorite. My husband and I were in there for about 45 minutes because we knew we wanted to spend money and spend it on the right products. The guy that helped us was helpful, he didn’t go above and beyond he did the bare minimum. Finally I quit asking questions and let my husband talk to him. We walked away with 2 devices and some vape juice, spent close to 200$ in there and I can say the only thing we were somewhat happy with is my husbands mod.

I’ve been to several stores now and this is prob with my bottom two. I hate to say that because my sister really likes the place however she’s usually alone when she goes in there and I did happen to see how friendly and helpful they are with women. Also the guy was kinda condescending! His answers were yes no a head shake maybe and every once in awhile would elaborate on the flavors of juice. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This place has gone completely downhill. Cheap products that are way overpriced. Staff aren't as knowledgeable as they like to think. They have made their last dollar from me. I've been doing business there for quite a while now, years even.. This place just isn't what it once was. This once was the only place I would buy from.
