I went there on 7-25-24 and did a curbside pickup and called the number as requested at 4:32pm and was told as soon as it’s done they will bring it out to me (I used my Qdoba app to order our food at 4:15pm). At 4:54pm I had to go into the restaurant to get our food because they forgot about it. 3 employees were sitting at a table talking. I tried to call the restaurant to speak to the manager only to get hung up on twice and then the 3rd time was put on hold for over 10 minutes to where I finally had to hang up so I could eat. Our bowls were ridiculous. Hardly nothing in them. This seems to be an ongoing problem with that restaurant. My wife’s and I bowls were very poorly made. The customer service there is poor. The quality of food is poor since they can’t seem make the orders correctly. What is the point in ordering online via my app only to get not at all what we ordered? That store will end up going out of business due to the lack of good quality food and good customer service. We are getting tired of paying good money for food and not get good food and not get what we ordered. And today to be hung up on twice and then the 3rd time to be put on hold for over 10 minutes is unacceptable. And no the restaurant was not busy, there was only 4 people in there and only one at the counter. And they couldn’t have been too busy for 3 employees to be sitting at a table and not helping. I decided to give them another chance and tonight had the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered online and paid for my order online. I saw the thirty dollars come out of my account. When I went to the store my order wasn’t ready and I was told by the manager that my card had been denied. It had not been. The money is out of my account. I showed the manager that online. He kept saying on his end my card was denied in full site of other customers. An out and out lie because as I showed him the money had come out of my account. They have lost a paying customer. And now I have to fight with my bank to get the money they stole from me back. When I tried to reach out to qdoba corporate I found they have no number. You have to fill out a form online. Read moreThis Qdoba is going down hill quick. Once I got home we were missing items and our food was messed up, but that really wasnt the problem. The problem was that i called before I came back in and when I got there to tell them that food was messed up, I was not acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Then I got to tell them what I was missing then was cut off and they walked away. Then I tell them that my nachos were messed up, I got very unpleasant looks. I was told to go to the back of the line and when I told them my order they acted like my order didnt exist. The employee attitudes were uncalled for the whole time. I had a very large food order when I first ordered and I brought one thing back and I asked them to give me the food I paid for. I should have taken it all back and had it remade because I was there for over thirty minutes so when I got home, ALL of my food was cold.
