First off I want to say my husband works at Panera and Noblesville Indiana. Their store is very efficient and people are very friendly and do everything they can to help your order to go smoothly, that being said my experience at this Panera restaurant was horrible my mom and I went in she was going to get a salad and we decided to get smoothies and the girl behind the register took our order and she was giggling to a friend during our order and then when we walked away she said do you want to add on a tip to your order my mom said no and then so we walked to a booth and sat down and our order came up so she went and got the salad we were getting it to go and she asked where are our smoothies and I said I don't know I will go look and I went and stood at the register again and I waited for about 4 minutes and somebody came out from behind the back and I said we didn't get our smoothies and the girls said well I think somebody made them I said well we didn't get them and so she walked over to the smoothie maker and they were still in the blender so she poured them out into the cups and handed them to us went and sat down and we had gotten a muffy chocolate chip muffy we had ordered the chocolate chip muffy but it was not in the bag so I went up again and I stood there for another five or six minutes before somebody came out from the back and said may I help you and I said we didn't get our chocolate chip muffy and she said oh I can do that so she handed me the bag with the muffy in it. Was not very happy with this visit I will...
Read moreI have been supporting this location since they came to the area several years ago. I enjoy the offerings Panera has. However, in the past few years, this location has been highly inconsistent with regard to availability of items. ROUTINELY, they are OUT OF baguettes. OFTEN, they are out of the apples for the Fuji apple salad. This location also could use more frequent cleaning, including wiping tables off. During one recent visit, during which there were no other patrons in line, I waited several minutes for someone to take my order. When an employee finally came to the register - I thought to help - she never greeted me, or made eye contact. Instead, she was texting on her phone. Eventually a manager came over and apologized for my wait, and explained that the employee was a minor, and that she needed to clock out promptly at 7 PM, or the restaurant would be fined. Perhaps a better choice would be to have the employee perform that task elsewhere, and suggest to the employee that they at least explain what...
Read moreI made a call to get my favorite restaurant sandwich. It was 10:26am when they answered. The associate said he couldn’t make my favorite sandwich because it was close to 10:30am.
I talked with associate J and asked why it couldn’t be done? Then I asked for a manager. The time now is 10;28. Associate J talked to the manager about the situation saying things about delivery when I clearly said I’d be there to pick it up in the Next 7 minutes.
The store manager seemed uninterested in making my favorite breakfast sandwich. She then said I’d have talk with associate J to which I replied I don’t need you to talk to him.
I am making this review only because people don’t understand why it’s important to treat paying customers with respect. I wasn’t asking for a favor I was trying to spend my money in their establishment.
By the way … my favorite breakfast sandwich was the Asiago bagel substitute the sausage for grilled...
