Panda Express — Restaurant in Anderson

One week ago, we visited here. My daughter and I boyh ordered the 3 entree meal. Sounds like a lot, its not. I dont mean this in a bad way. Its just enough if you are famished, or if you want a bit of a snack the next day. We always get the rice as a base to build upon. I had the spicy steak, the terriyaki chicken, and the orange chicken, My daughter had Steak and vegggies, general taos, and chicken terriyaki. The place is alwaus clean. They didn't have dining room eating yet, but 9 times out of 10 we usually take it home, so no biggie. I recommend going earlier in the day. At least 1- 2 hours before closing. We have gone earlier, and we have gone later. Earlier is when the food is the freshest. The only downfall of panda express, is if you go later, they wont fix anything they are out of, or low on. Can't blame them. Food waste and all. So everytime we go earlier, the food is fixed to perfection. The service is almost always great. Definitely reccommend this place to out of towners that don't know where to go. And of course those who live in town. It is on scatterfield, close to Olive garden ( dont eat at that location, this lication should have gordon ramsie come in at Olive Garden SERIOUSLY) so drive on by and go to Panda Express instead! If I could give this store a negative five stars I would. I came in to this restaurant on June 22, 2020 around 6:30pm to pick up a doordash order. I have health conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask but I social distance as much as possible, as well as other measures to protect myself and others. Upon entering this restaurant, the female cashier who was taking care of another customer left that customer to come yell at me. She was screaming in my face and refusing to let me have my order that I needed to pick up. She came after me not only verbally but tried to take the food out of my hand, and I am disabled, I only have use of one arm. She continued to yell at me outside of the store. I have reported her and the restaurant to Doordash and I also informed the customer of what happened, and they will not be ordering from this place again. I also intend to contact corporate about this. This was very inappropriate behavior and she made me feel threatened as I have to be very cautious of my surroundings due to my disability. I work for Doordash, not Panda Express. Local guidelines state that employees are are to wear masks but they cannot enforce customers or delivery drivers to wear masks. I will not eat at this place ever again on my own and will be letting it known how employees...

My fiance was verbally harassed and attacked by a woman employee because he went to pick up an order, and she came from behind the counter and jumped in his face and told him he could not get the order without a mask on. In the state of Indiana, establishments CANNOT enforce people to wear face masks. It is recommended but not enforced. Only employees have to wear masks. He is disabled, he only has use of one arm, and she grabbed at him for the food after she verbally attacked him. He cannot wear a mask because he has asthma and other health conditions. This was a doordash order and she was refusing to let him get the order at first. This occurred around 6:20p on June 22, 2020. We will be calling corporate and we will be posting on the facebook pages and letting EVERYONE know about this. I refuse to eat at this place, I refuse to let my family eat from this place, and he will not be taking orders from this establishment again.
