We bought a new couch and new bedroom furniture for our two girls while they were in Minnesota. We wanted to surprise them before they got back. First obstacle we ran into was one of the night stands had damage to the corner. They called and asked if I needed this one until a new one got ordered. I told them no, just let me know when the new one comes in and I’ll come pick it up. In the meantime, they came to deliver the furniture. After they set everything up, it was covered in packaging dust, which was to be expected. But when I went to clean everything off, I noticed a few huge scuff marks in the dresser and chip in the mirror. I called their service center and they’re ordering me a new one, which is fine with me. A few days later, they call me stating the nightstand had come in. I go pick it up and when we opened the box, one of the corners were damaged. Pretty sure they gave me the one that they already knew was damaged. I called the service center again and ordered a new one. Then a few days later I got behind the new couch and noticed a big slit in the corner of my sectional. I called the service center again and they told me I was past my 5 day delivery warranty. Mind you, they delivered everything on 06/23/18 and I noticed it on 07/03/18. Not even two weeks where we haven’t been home long enough to even enjoy the furniture yet. Anyway, I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told she wasn’t in the office and she would put in a request. She told me to call the protection plan and see what they can do. I call them and while on the phone with them I found another rip at the bottom and at the top of the couch. They said they would only cover one of the rips since they don’t cover delivery issues. Fine...I went ahead and submitted for what they will cover. In the meantime, I’m still waiting to hear back from the support supervisor. I waited until this afternoon to give them back since I still haven’t heard from anyone. When I called I was told she wasn’t at her desk and she would put in another request along with an email. Still no call back from the supervisor. I just want this made right and my couch fixed. I’m a pretty patient person but this is...

The first time getting the furniture delivered it was delivered by Slumberland's own delivery men, who were supposedly the best they have. We ordered 2 couches and a loveseat. They managed to damage both of the couches, one they ripped and the other they damaged shoving it through our front door, which they also damaged. To add to it they delivered on a night it was snowing, they said we could not change delivery dates because it was already loaded on the truck. We paid for delivery which is supposed to be "white glove" service. They tracked mud and snow all over our floors, didn't place the furniture where they were told, didn't even put the legs on the furniture or undo the fabric that was holding the footrests in place for delivery. A replacement couch for the one they ripped was ordered right away but then had to wait to see what they were offering us to fix the 2nd damaged couch.. which was only 100 off, pretty much an insult when you spend over 4k. Decided to have it replaced with a new one. Finally got them both delivered yesterday . I was reassured that this delivery would go without any issues because they're hiring out now since their delivery drivers were horrible. This company was no better. Completely ridiculous and frustrating. The only good thing they did was put the couches together inside the house instead of in their truck like the last ones. Tracked gravel all over our expensive, shiny, hickory hardwood floors, which is not good and damages them. Had the couches stood up on the ends in the truck which damaged the frame of one, that couch doesn't even recline now on one end. So today I get to waste more of my time with Slumberland to try and fix this issue, again. Wishing we never bought furniture from here! This has been...
Read moreI wish there was an option to give this store ZERO stars. I purchased two chairs and a desk . The delivery never happened on the day that it was supposed to. I called the store and they had the warehouse manager call me. He was very rude and said they'll call call me to reschedule. The next day, I got a call saying "This is Slumberland, we're here with your stuff." I was at work. They literally gave me zero notice. I offered to be there in 10 minutes, or to call my neighbor and they could leave it with my neighbor. They declined both of my options and said that I have 7 days to pick it up before they ship them back. I called the store and spoke to the sales person. His response was, "So , when do you want to pick your items up?" I laughed and said that he was to call me by the end of the day and let me know when they were going to deliver my items to me. It was 30 minutes from the end of the day and Eric never called. I called and he hung up on me. Five minutes later the same rude warehouse manager called me up. This manager said that I am being an unreasonable customer and that they do not need my business and abruptly hung up. I called back up the store and asked fo a refund and Chris said this was "a violation of the refund policy." I said, "You all never held up to your end of the agreement to deliver my purchased items to my home." He said, "You can have your money when you come and pry it from my cash register" and hung up on me.
This is not a way to conduct business. I have also...
