Firstly, we walk in and stand at the apparently ironically named “greeting area” for literally 10 minutes while being gazed upon by staff blatantly walking around clearly absent mindedly; after finally admitting defeat and walking over to the bar, as of this writing, I’ve not spoken to a single employee. So I again, give up, and order through scanning the barcode.
Rescinding the “not spoken to anyone” as we’ve now been approached by what I assume is someone in a supervisory position “helping”, to use her words.
I would love to say this is uncommon at this location but it’s not at all uncommon here. Whenever we are crunched for time, it’s a joke that we can go to El Azteca and be back out by the time we are even sat at BWW but they were closed today because of weather.
Food was mediocre, wasn’t particularly warm. Since the online ordering doesn’t have a place to order the side rubs I prefer, had to ask for those separately and got through with half my wings before getting my secondary seasoning. Ask for straws, to no avail, never received straws.
I will, however, add that the person in supervisory position running around was above satisfactory as she was performing many tasks and noticed I was almost done with my drink and brought another without having been prompted to do so; she cannot perform everything by her lonesome.
As a regional director myself, I recognize the importance of staffing and the yearning to find quality staff nowadays. I’ve not been to this location for dinner service so I cannot speak to that but lunch service has always been lacking. Please consider auditing your lunch service staff moving forward to avoid the issues stated above.
Also, I’d like to add a point of cleanliness to your facilities as well; when you walk in, it’s an assault to the senses as you’re struck with the smell of the bathroom as well as the smell of stale beer that was presumably spilt in various places that were cleaned with very obvious lackluster gusto. The bar area isn’t bad as I assume reasoning falls close to the idea the flooring is hard wood laminate as opposed to the dining areas carpeted surface, which is where it’s notably worse. I’d recommend to have the place deep cleaned professionally by a service after hours, if feasible financially.
In closing, we do typically come here once a week at least as we do like the food in general, but only when time allows because of these issues. If you’d like to reach out for further comment, I am willing to provide you with a full detailed review upon request without completely slamming the restaurant publicly. I do recognize it’s not entirely anyone’s fault or the fault of a manager; it’s a pitfall of trying to hire in today’s environment.

We expected it to be busy due to the basketball tournament but it wasn't at all. We arrived at 5 pm and were seated pretty quickly (5 of us). Placed our drink order and ordered the House Sampler appetizer. Then we waited and waited (20 mins) for the waitress to return to take our order. We placed our order and also ordered an additional appetizer of cheese sticks with a side of ranch.
We waited and waited some more and a different waitress brought out our cheese stick appetizer. We mentioned that we had also ordered the House Sampler (30 mins ago) and wondered if she could check on it. No ranch dressing for the cheese sticks either. Another 20 mins later, a different waitress brings the House Sampler and walks away.
We realize we don't have serving plates to divide the sampler. Another waiter walks past and I ask if we can have some plates. He says, "Just a minute." He then goes into the waiter's station right by where we're seated and stands there as our waitress is on the computer screen. We wait for 5 minutes and my husband turns around and asks him again, "Can we get some plates." He rudely snaps back, "Yeah, I told you to wait." (He's still standing there, not doing anything). At this point, I get up and go to the front cashier where three employees are standing there. I ask for some plates so we can eat our appetizer. They tell me they no longer have plates. I ask them how we're supposed to share the appetizer and they shrug their shoulders. I asked them where we're supposed to put the ketchup or how we're all supposed to eat the boneless wings off the platter. They reiterate they no longer have plates. I sit back down and another waitress comes over and we express our concern that we have no means to divvy up the appetizer. She then says they now have trays and brings us trays with parchment paper to eat off. Five minutes later, the cashier brings over a small bowl and says, "Will this work for your ketchup?"
Our food is served an hour and 30 mins after we got there - and they finally bring out the ranch that was intended for the cheese sticks (which was the very first thing they brought us).

Read moreAbsolutly worst experience I have ever had at ANY Bdubs. You will be lucky if me and my group EVER eat or come to this Establishment again even under different management. To start, having to wait over 30 min just to take our drink order is completely unacceptable well after we were seated. It was not busy at and most of the employees were all goofing around and socializing/ rough housing with other staff up front by the check out. We then had to wait another 15-20 min just to receive our drink order. Upon ordering when the drink arrived keeping in mind my alcohol drink came 15 min after the other drinks came we waited over another half an hour to receive our food order all to be wrong and the wings and fries were cold. Not even warm. After talking to their management stating they will make it right we received our replacement order and had black dirt looking stuff covered over the wings. We did not eat as our original order we received didn’t have that on it at all. Keep in mind we never received my daughters original wing order after all this time and ended up canceling her order and getting our checks going somewhere else as she is 7 and was very hungry. We paid our ticket in full with no discount or resolution, and left the food there. Our waiter had a major attitude with us upon bringing the remake of our wing order that was both cold and one was missing 4 wings as he had ordered a 10 piece, not 6 which is what he received. My order was correct just cold. Our waiter also checked us out and again, had a major attitude with us and offered nothing to resolve anything. Not even to speak with the manager again.
