I never thought Iād be writing a life-saving review about a clothing store, but here we are. My girlfriend and I were shopping at Brandy Melville this past weekend, and everything was going greatāshe was loving the selection, and I was doing my best to be the supportive shopping partner. But then, out of nowhere, I started to feel lightheaded and short of breath. Things escalated quickly, and before I knew it, I collapsed. Thatās when Tala, an incredibly kind and quick-thinking employee, jumped into action. She stayed calm under pressure, immediately called for help, and even administered CPR until paramedics arrived. I genuinely believe her swift response saved my life. But beyond her heroic actions, Tala was also so reassuring and compassionateānot just with me, but with my girlfriend, who was understandably panicked. She kept her grounded, offered water, and made sure she wasnāt alone through it all. Thanks to Tala, Iām here to write this review today. So if youāre ever shopping at Brandy Melville and you meet Tala, know that youāre in the presence of someone truly special. Sheās not just an amazing employeeāsheās a hero in every sense of the word. THANK YOU !!!
Thank you, Tala. I owe you more than words...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will never shop here again. Took my 16 year old who loves the clothing but we will never return. Store is run by about about 8 17-18 year olds who are extremely rude. Not one of them greeted us. Not one of them asked if we needed help. They were congregate behind the register gossiping with a store full of customers. There was heavy rain and they had buckets on the floor catching the dripping ceiling. One of the employees said "wouldn't it be funny if someone tripped over those? I would laugh so hard" Aweful. When I approached the register to make my purchase, there were six girls standing around in front of four registers but only one was ringing up customers. I asked one who was folding pants if she could ring me up she said " I'm folding " I couldn't believe it! I said "excuse me?" She then said " I guess I can". Another employee was shuffling around the store with the hood up on her sweatshirt ignoring all the customers acting like she was busy. I couldn't tell you names because no one was wearing a name tag. The girls were all dressed like they had just rolled out of bed. So unprofessional. The store is small and messy as well. Just a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI took my daughters here on Sunday and although there was a line wrapped down to lululemon and the store was extremely packed, I could tell my girls greatly enjoyed themselves. This is all I could ever want as a father. I made small talk with the workers and they said they were extremely short staffed ( 3 workers vs 50 customers one hour in to open) and that it was the busiest day theyāve had all year! My girls and I stayed for over an hour and I could tell the workers were all young girls but they handled the rush the best that they could. The poor reviews make me sad, as my girls and I visited this store when they first opened and the improvement is vast. Every worker was much more kind, diverse in all shapes sizes and ethnicities, and by far more welcoming and helpful compared to our experience last year. The store is also much cleaner and organized than what we had seen before. It is under my impression that new management takes great pride in keeping an orderly store. We will be back! ( Next time I hope on a less busy week day though) Keep up the...
