I came in this evening with every intention of purchasing a necklace, but the three girls working there had zero interest in helping me. There was one other customer in the store when my mom and I walked in and we were not greeted or asked if we needed assistance. Instead they looked up at us and kept chatting with each other. When we had looked through 3/4 of the store on our own, one girl finally asked if we were having a nice evening but still didn’t ask if we needed help or had questions (which I did!). I’ve worked in retail before and greeting people is customer service 101. Management needs to re-evaluate their employee training if this is how customers are treated. I’ll spend my money...

I definitely need to leave this store a positive review! I was perusing jewelry there earlier today and as I left the shop, my vintage wedding ring hit the door handle and I noticed right away that one of the tiny diamonds on the band fell out. All the ladies working there started helping me look for it, which was no easy task. After a few minutes we hadn't found it yet so they took down my contact info and kept looking on their own. About half way to my car they shouted my name and sure enough they'd found my tiny diamond! I am so appreciative of their help finding it and I cannot thank them enough. Kaylee and Elle are the best! They were both super kind, and took almost an hour just to help me find the perfect piece. They went above and beyond to exhibit excellent customer service & I would highly recommend working with either of them! Informed me about all the different piece options, and were so knowledgeable.
