LoveSac Review: Helpful People, Comfy Furniture, Just a Bit Too Big for Us (4 stars)

I had a really positive experience with LoveSac overall, despite not ending up buying any furniture. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain the various options available. They even let me sink into different Sactionals and Sacs to get a feel for the comfort level.

The furniture itself was undeniably super comfortable. The plush fill and unique modular design seemed perfect for lounging and creating a truly unique living space. I loved the idea of easily reconfiguring the pieces to fit different needs and occasions.

However, in the end, the sheer size of the Sactionals was just too much for my space. While the store had various configurations on display, it's hard to truly visualize how it would fit in your own home until you have it there. Unfortunately, for me, even the smallest configurations felt overwhelming in my living room.

Despite not making a purchase, I still wanted to leave a positive review because of the fantastic customer service and truly comfortable furniture. If you have the space for it, LoveSac could be a great option for creating a cozy and personalized living area. Just be sure to carefully measure your space and consider different configurations before you buy.

I have been a fan of Lovesac's product, quality, warrsntiee, and gaurantees since 2013, and today I can say I am a fan of their customer service as well. I came into the store to select upholstery and filling for the sactional i have dreamed about since their inception in 2015. Lauren was friendly, attentive, straightforward, and patient as i narrowed my choices down. She and her associate took the time to run me through sactional construction and drape fabric samples for me to look at and feel. At the end of the purchase she even invited me to use a friend's Hero Discount, and followed up with us to make sure i got everything in order. Love the oroduxt, the company, and the prople involved.

Also, the store was clean and orderly, with disinfectants sprayed after we were done with each phase. Everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer is available when you walk in and...

I am sitting in the parking lot writing this… I felt so unwelcome. Daniel was not interested in informing me about LoveSac products at all. He carried on straightening up as we looked at the furniture. He mentioned that there were 3 types of filling in one of the sectionals we were on. And, that the furniture could be turned to make it deeper, after I had mentioned how shallow the furniture was for the third time. He never once asked if we had questions about anything, didn’t mention pricing, nor asked what it is we were looking for. I am very disappointed because in all of the other reviews it was perceived that he was very attentive...
