I told her that I would be late so I would like to cancel my appointment (it was 12:10 that I told her I want to cancel cuz i didnt want to be rude). My appointment was 12:40 and I was filling up the gas in the midway because I knew that I won't make it in time. She asked me appx. what time can I be there so I answered I would be there appx. 1:10 PM. I had a wonderful experience. The person who cut my hair (Ms. Chang herself I'm sure) was friendly and had a very welcoming personality. I love my long hair and when I mentioned that, she was very careful to cut it in the style I wanted without taking too much off at once. Every so often she would give me a mirror and check to make sure if I wanted more cut off or if it was fine. Very considerate, and the hair cut did not feel rushed at all, which is the feeling I get when going to a lot of other salons. She made sure I was happy with the cut every step of the way and explained everything that she was going to do. I was struggling for a long time to find the right person to cut my hair. I have thick Asian hair that needs to be blended a certain way, otherwise it'll stuck out on the sides and look really awkward. I tried Orbit, Nolas, Aveda, New Age Salon, but all of them didn't quite get it right for my hairtype.
