Absolutely worth the wait! I originally wanted to stop by in the afternoon, but the line was out the door. I came back later and still waited about 20 minutes—but it was totally worth it. Inside, the atmosphere was joyful—kids and adults alike were all smiling with ice cream in hand. I got a cone with a scoop of Deer Traxx (vanilla ice cream with a fudge swirl and peanut butter cups), and it was hands down one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. Perfectly creamy and rich, not overly sweet, and the chocolate and fudge added depth and texture in every bite. The whole shop has a fun, lively vibe, and the view of the State Theatre marquee through the window just adds to the charm. I’m so glad I decided to stick it out and try it—it definitely lived up to the hype.

SO every Ann Arborite knows that his place is right next to Ben & Jerry’s. I’ll be honest: I usually pick which one to go to based on the line. HOWEVER, Michigan Creamery is definitely my first choice. In addition to infamous Deer Trax, they have “Wolverine” Trax, Cookie Monster, and other fun ice cream flavors. I also enjoy their shakes and floats. Can’t go wrong with anything.

I simply love this place. Their ice cream is so great. So many different flavors are available. People who work there are so kind and friendly. The best part of this place is location. Practically right next to Michigan and State movie theater. After the movie, eat in some restaurants in that area but skip the dessert, for dessert come to Michigan Creamery.

I visited the store on 6/23 approximately around 5pm. I was served by a young lady. I asked for a banana pudding pint. I noticed there was only one scope left (not enough to fill a pint) and this was significant contaminated with the rainbow ice cream since the scoopers are never rinsed. I politely asked if she could bring out a fresh tub of ice cream, so I can order a pint. She refused and said “if I get a new tub, it will be more frozen and I don’t want to scoop that out”. she proceeded to scope the contaminated ice cream from the old tub which honestly wasn’t even a pint. It was also grossly mixed with the rainbow ice cream. Clearly this company doesn’t care about customer service and is not training their workers well. Take your...

Worst staff ever! I used to always come here consistently with my banana split order. But past couple of months they stopped paying attention to orders specifically when the owner is not around they do whatever they want and talk rudely to customers too. Just now I ordered my banana split, they forgot to put hot fudge in it. When I went back, they refused refund and told me theyl just put the fudge in the melted ice creams, I told them no.i decided to get another banana split since I was hungry for it, guess what! They did not put banana in the 'banana' split! Like really?! At this point I was so tired I decided to just leave for good. Never...
