I purchased a Darth Vader lightsaber from them at the Tucson Comic Con for my daughter. At first I had a minor issue with the saber working properly. No biggie, these things happen! I emailed Amarhlynn's Collectibles and quickly got a response from Robert. The customer service experienced was genuine and overwhelming generous. What do you mean you ask? Well, I was offered multiple choices in how to get the saber to Robert to diagnose the problem. He even offered to drive 200 miles to get it from me! Since I was going to be in the area anyway the same week, I decided to bring it to him. Again, the customer service experienced in person was top notch. Not only did Robert fix the saber, but even upgraded the core for my daughter! This experience told me a few things. 1, there are still good people in the world who care about the work they produce. 2, Amarhlynn's Collectibles are passionate about Star Wars. Delivering only the best quality. If there maybe a slight chance issues arise, Robert will go out of his way to correct it! 3, they are passionate about their customer service. Right from the start I felt that Robert was a friend. The Force is really strong with Amarhlynn's Collectibles. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and his team here!! My friends and I purchased sabers at Fan Fusion from the Amrahlynn's booth. There were other saber vendors there, but none of them compared to the quality and customer service of Rob and his team. They were so patient with us (because we came back about 4 times to their table), explained all the features, and answered all our questions. The features and quality of these sabers are second to none, and they are all backed up with a one year warranty. Upon bringing my saber home, I tried charging it, but ended up using the wrong charger (my fault, Rob told me what charger to use). It ended up frying the battery and motherboard. Rob was so nice, and responded immediately to my email. He even got on a video call with me to help me troubleshoot. Then he repaired my saber, all under warranty, and mailed it back in record time! If you are in the Phoenix area and shopping for sabers, don't go anywhere else, go to Amrahlynn's!! You won't regret it, I know I don't - 10/10, would buy from here again in a heartbeat....

I loved visiting the store :). I Have heard about the store from word of mouth and wanted to see how it was for myself. I was not disappointed with my venture there and back again a few days later. The first time I went there the store really caught my attention with its clean aesthetic. Shelves were stocked with professionalism and not just thrown together like a few stores I have been into in the mall. The owners were very welcoming they quickly made me feel less of a customer but more of friend. I was looking at a few spider-man collectibles through out the store and had more then a few questions but they were more then happy to assist me with answering them. I was in about 2 or 3 days after then and had same amazing customer service :). They remembered me from my previous visit and knew my likes and dislikes which told me they were very attentive with their customers. All in all I'm more then happy to be returning and I will gladly tell many more people about this...
