DONT EVER GET NOTHING FROM METRO THEY ARE SCAMS AND A BIG TIME BS I GOT MY PHONE LAST YEAR I TOLD THEM I TRAVEL THE USA HOW LONG TILL I GET IT UNLOCKED AND THEY TOLD ME 60 DAYS AND THAT CAME AND STILL NOT UNLOCKED AND TOLD ME ANOTHER 60 DAYS AND CALLED BACK 5 MONTHS LATER AND NOW THERE TELL ME ANOTHER HALF YEAR ARE YALL A IDIOT YOU ACTUALLY THINK IM GOING TO FALL FOR THIS SO I AM TELLING ALL PEOPLE DONT GET FROM HERE IS THIS HOW YOU KEEP YOUR CLIENTELL BY LYING TO THEM LOL IM GOING ON EVERY REVIEW EVERY LOCATIONS AND PASTING THIS DONT LIE TO ME THIS LOCATION IS WHERE I BOUGHT IT BUT METRO IN GENERAL IS BS DONT BUY FROM THEM THERE LYING PEOPLE SOMT BUY DOMT...

Stopped into this store 30 minutes until closing and the younger gentleman that was working greeted me right away asked what he could help me with and I told him my phone was dropped too many times and I had this new one I wanted him to connect for me he said he could help. It took him less than 5 minutes to set it all up for me and he even put my screen protector on for me. Amazing customer service he is a wonderful sales representative and I highly recommend this location over the Rochester MN location I only wish I'd caught this young man's name so he gets the recognition...

They are not open when they say they should be. I have been sitting outside of this location since before 10am. Their hours say they open at 10am, but as of 10:15am there has been no one in the store. The number provided for this location has no voicemail set up. Highly unprofessional!
