I was in this store after I had bought a pair of shoes for my son at a different location. The first pair was too small.We were told to come to this location, to get a pair that fit. They didn't have them. No problem. I asked to order them, guy said he was too busy to order then because customers were coming in. I already bought a pair and was just trying to exchange them. The guy helping me was extremely rude and impatient. I asked to order the shoes multiple times. He didn't. He suggested a different shoe but then said he didn't have any that were my sons size. In the middle of "helping" us he just stopped and started talking to a new customer. I had to grab my old pair from behind the counter on the floor as he stood there talking to someone that came in after us. I felt very disrespected and was embarrassed in front of the other customers. I will never return to this location and will have any future shoes shipped to another store. As I was trying to explain where I was with my level of understanding and express my concerns, he would continuely cut me off and try to sell me a product without hearing the whole question. Once I pushed him to hear me out, we decided that the product he tried to push on me would have tarnished and ruined my new boots. When I went to resole them I paid up front for the soles they said they could do. 8 weeks later not only could I not get the soles I was looking so forward to, but I couldn't even get the original ones installed.... All I can say is I am really disappointed. I will always love the shoes, but the service was disheartening.
