Incomplete goatee at the register was extremely rude and overly hostile. I went to sell some of my old switch games (since I recently bought a switch 2). He was very rude and gave me a hard time over my pro member phone number only to offer me 23$ for 3 games, one of which sells for 50$ in their store. This experience made me choose to never shop at GameStop again. I rather keep buying digital games from Nintendo with the game vouchers. There’s no incentive to buy anything from GameStop when they offer store credit for most consoles you want to sell and offer pennies in cash for games that still sell between 50-70$ even as a pro member. It makes me wonder if the cashiers are ringing up a different price and pocketing some of the profit for themselves. Guys just buy digital games that you’ll never lose directly from Nintendo or whatever system you use. Walmart (in the same parking lot as this atrocity they call a business), Best Buy etc offer digital downloads. I will never be spending another penny with this establishment. GameStop is already almost extinct and I will gladly help put these rude disrespectful people they have as employees...
Read moreI give it one star not because of this location itself but because gamestop has going downhill over the years.... The one thing that is the worst here is if you trade in any game electronic or console They're going to give you an awful low price... It sounds leg they're trying every effort to bring the store back to what it was in its Hey day... But I don't think that's going to happen... They also need to stop taking away stuff and give us stuff... Used to be a elite member and pro member... But they screwed that up by taking one of them away... Also go do everything they can to make sure you pre order and if they are giving you a promotion where you get money to put towards a pre order I found out on my receipt I paid for that pre order in some way or another... What they make it sound like it's free they talk you...
Read moreVery annoying! Who trains the employees? The door is open although they are soon closing. Simply communicated to the associate “my son would be quick” all he wanted was a reloadable card. As we are attempting to process the transaction another associate randomly says “well we do close soon, I’m sure it won’t process” pretty much they started the transaction knowing it would be able to “process”. Oddly enough it’s his birthday. I kept my composure an simply left the store.
How much of a disservice wouldn’t have been so just simply process the transaction for the customer. Never in my life have Ever heard of a POS system they can’t process transaction after a post closing time it’s BS!
Won’t ever come back, speak w/ your associates their customer service skills are...
