THIS GUY IS A MANAGER AT PANDA EXPRESS ON WASHINGTON BOULEVARD IN THE SHOPPING CENTER. WHEN HE WAS PREPARING MY FOOD, FIRST OFF I WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER AFTER THE FOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WERE OTHER COLORS THAT WERE IN FRONT OF ME AND HE IGNORED ME AND SO I HAD TO ASK HIM ARE YOU GOING TO WAIT ON ME. SECOND WHEN HE PREPARED MY PLATE HE GAVE THE OTHER FOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WERE OTHER COLORS OR OTHER NATIONALITIES A NICE PORTION BUT WHEN IT CAME TO ME IT DIDN'T EVEN HARDLY COVER THE BOTTOM. I ASKED HIM IS IT BECAUSE I'M BLACK THAT YOU GAVE THEM MORE COULD YOU EXPLAIN HE DIDN'T SAY NOTHING HE JUST LOOKED AT ME. THE OTHER LADY THAT WAS WORKING THERE FIX MY PLATE AND COVERED THE WHOLE BOTTOM LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO AND IT WAS NICE SHE LOOKED OUT AND MADE IT RIGHT. Read moreUpon arrival to this location, me and my partner was not greeted by ANYONE. Jocsam who was on the line serving asked what we would like. There were no meats prepared at all on the line and nothing cooking. After asking how long the specific meats I would like, would take to prepare I was told 10, 15 and 20 mins. I decided to wait. Jocsam not paying attention to the words written on the container put beef inside of my partners plate. She can not eat beef. After being asked to the correct the issue, Jocsam stated “oh my bad”. Cinthya P stepped in but was not helpful at all, instead she stated “just remake the plates because I don’t have the energy to argue” COMPLETELY distasteful and disrespectful to a paying customer. Imagine someone telling you that they don’t eat beef and the response in return is “I don’t have the energy to argue”. The entire staff, Cinthya P, Jocsam and Line is very distasteful and disturbing weird. As a collective they have child like attitudes which is scary when they have full time jobs serving the public food. Read moreI placed an online order at 2:30 pm for 4:30 pick-up. When I went to the pick-up area at 4:35 there was no greeting from the cashier, another customer actually had to help to get the cashier to even acknowledge my presence. I let the cashier know I am here for pick-up. I wait until 4:50, then decide this isn't worth my time. I let the cashier know I would like to cancel my order, and then am directly LIED to when the cashier says they cannot cancel the order because it was made through a third party. I ordered directly from Panda Express's website. I informed the cashier I could not cancel the order and was again told that they had no capabilities to cancel the order. At the point the manager, who was very polite and straightforward, took over and tried to convince me that the order would be complete in 5 minutes (about 5:00 pm). I declined to wait 2 1/2 hours after I placed the order and he was able to cancel the order after all, surprise surprise.
