Terrible service, ruined my phone. I took my phone here yesterday to get the back glass fixed. I was told it would take forty minutes, when I went to pick up my phone at the pick up time it wasn’t ready and it wasn’t even at this location. They had someone come get it to work on it. After an hour and a half I got my phone back. The associate quickly put my case on and told me to leave my case for two hours. When I got to my car I took the case off and there was glue coming out the sides with a strong chemical smell, (which in the past when I have had my broken glass fixed at other I phone repair I have never had a chemical, glue smell). I had to leave and couldn’t go back in to ask them about the smell and extra glue because of a Dr appt that I was already running late too. I figured I could just scrape the glue off once it dried. Today I realized my speaker on my phone is not working as well as my flashlight feature. Every other call I make the person I’m calling can’t hear me. I also tried to take a video and all I can hear on the speaker is static. I called to complain and the man that answered brushed me off. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was not a manager I could speak to. My phone worked great before I took it in to this place. Terrible Experience. These workers are complete scammers and thirsty for money. They don’t give receipts for Cash Payments, and if something goes wrong with your screen after repair they will say if you don’t have a receipt you are not our customer. Everyone please beware from these scammers, they don’t know how to repair phones, all of these other reviews are from the owners many accounts. When I went to the store to speak to the employee, he was having another argument with another customer for the same reason. They are scammers and do not know how to do business....

Very good service I come here all the time the price is very good for the quality service you recieve and it’s very convenient it being in the mall because you can walk around the mall while you wait for phone repair and they also have a great selection of phone cases and they are very quick...
