Two because the clothing and jewelry are cute but the customer service is fake. Walked into the store and was checking out the jewelry when the cashier noticed my purse and commented how she liked my purse and wanted to see inside to see “how deep it was”. I continued small talk with her and chose a couple of earrings and as I was checking out she asked if she could see inside and I was hesitant but obliged and said “why do you want to see inside?are checking if I stole?” And she stayed quiet and didn’t even deny my question. I should have left the store then and there but was dumbfounded that I was being questioned about the inside of my purse. Idk if this is how they treat all their customers. My family and I love to visit the Santa Anita mall for a good walk, to eat, and shop. One of our go-to stores when we arrive is Francesca’s. My daughter loves their collections and they always have good sales available. The jewelry and accessories are trendy and good quality.
