I been VERY pleased with my purchase with ONE STOP BOW SHOP. I been following their page for a while.... checking out their products, reading reviews, etc. After Christmas my daughter needed bows to go with her new dresses and clothes she received. I decided to go with ONE STOP BOW SHOP.....When I first placed my order I had a few website snags completing my order therefore I reach out to there customer care via IG. They were so prompt at responding and fixing the website issue. Customer care kept me updated on the status about the website and it was fixed by the end of the day. Along the way I was kept updated on my order status and shipment. The bows were received in delivery window promised and my daughter and I loved the bows. They are SUPER CUTE and well made. They have every color you could dream of, like 4-5 bows sizes to pick from, hardware options, and so much more. BEST BOWS EVER!!! Our daughter is 7 and we have been ordering since she was 1. All of our bows look brand new still after years of wear! I love that I can put them in the wash and they come out looking brand new, she even wears them in the pool and they dry great! Little sister is due to make her arrival in a few weeks so big sis has passed the smaller ones to her and we’ve been ordering the Bow box the past few months for big sis so she has some new fresh bows! We also do the alligator slide on the bows and they stay put and don’t move, even with our daughters thick hair. We’ve added on the hard headbands and some thin elastics and they both stay put in her hair too and work great with her shorter hair to keep the front off her face and still look cute with a bow attached! One Stop Bow Shop has EVERYTHING you need. Durable ribbon and clips (quality clip was important here because my little girl still has super fine hair) and tons of options for sizing and ribbon material. Based on the consistency and quality of the bows I received, I had no idea they were handmade. Kudos for the company for delivering such a great product consistently. After receiving my first order (1 month ago) and realizing how wonderful the company and product was, I have purchased ~30 more bows and have been so happy with every order!
