SAMPLING A BUST FOR STORE THAT IGNORES CUSTOMERS, DOESN'T OFFER SAMPLES ON SPECIAL SAMPLE DAYS, WITH POOR ATTITUDES.
Upon calling the cell of Derdra Miller asking for the main store number, she made fun of this customer and continued to behave as a small child. She hung up on this customer on the first call, just before giving the main number to the store. She continued to speak as a small child to this customer, and kept talking funny answering no, no no no constantly. She was asked a few verification questions, do they buy wine from Heritage? Her response was sarcastic, she continued say no no no then it sounded like nu nu nu nu. She was asked if Molly was the owner? She again responded nu nu nu nu and was laughing constantly. Apparently, her cell shouldn't be on a business card for anyone to call, and they lost a decent customer in the process. When this customer did find the number without her help, the answerer said a manager would call back immediately, since then, a day has gone by and no one has called. Bad for business, losing customers. See if the sales associate doesn't leave customers standing around and sit drinking beverages at the register, leaving customers without service as as happened to this customer. This business, Fudge Farm, is failing by these actions. Poor attitudes towards customers also noted, especially those willing to buy. Not helping customers, but assuring goodbyes when they leave the door is also poor for business. Businesses need to pay attention to customers while they are inside, not when they...
Read moreVery solid spot to get some tasty treats, and the location is pretty cool as well. They have homemade fudge, chocolate, and milkshakes. They have 2 categories of milkshakes: essentially, the classics (vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate, etc) and âManiaâ shakes (that areâŚextreme). I tried a Mania shake called the Double Wide.
The Double Wide comes with peanut butter ice cream, a chocolate chip cookie, and a brownie. Itâs extravagant to say the least. Price wise, I thought it was okay, but a tad expensive. Portion was about average.
The milkshake itself wasnât anything all that special. I didnât really taste much peanut butter in the ice cream to be honest. The brownie and chocolate chip cookie were thrown into the ice creamâŚthe brownie was kind of dry and not the best, but the chocolate chip cookie had lots of chocolate and was delicious.
All in all, a pretty solid spot to get dessert. They have a cool menu with unique creations and the location is...
Read moreWe stopped in to satisfy our sweet tooth. The young girl was difficult to hear and understand, she didn't offer any samples, although the website says they do. We told her we had never been there, she stood silent as we floundered with choices. She didn't attempt to help us. The fudge was really good, not as large of selection of extra "dipped" as I thought there would be. We also got a milk shake that I wish she would have explained, because it came with a slab of cheesecake in it. Now to be honest, everything was delicious but EXPENSIVE!! If you go, ask for explanations, samples etc. Will go again but scale down what we buy. Cute seating area outside...but in the winter you're screwed, no...
