Ocean Soul — Local services in Marco Island

I couldn’t in good conscience keep my original review.

The jewelry is beautiful, and well made by the folks in Bali.

That said, in the past year I saw errors in orders, and a decline on customer service.

Was told in a email that if I had problems or questions to email them and not address it in their live chats….

But watched them spends literally (I timed it) 15 mins. With a high buying customer ($100s a week) in the very next live chat for a request they had. There’s more, but I’ll say BOTH of us were stubborn.

I did address the issues with one specific item, but elected to not return it to fox the color because I had issues already (and honestly, after the confusion of blue aqua with green teal I wasn’t sure I’d get the right color anyway, let alone same Anchorage as the silver shark tooth one was a rare one).

It wasn’t the only time but most obvious. And on the other major one - by then I decided didn’t matter anymore, reasons being previous paragraph. (Only I can tell the difference in topaz and they were same price).

There’s more, but I’ll just say if OS doesn’t want me spending money with them anymore, I’m happy to oblige.

And FTR - I have put my money where my mouth is with OS. I REALLY liked the Greek Rod OS had this month on its site and was going to give it another chance.

It was a piece I wanted, and in my website cart several times.

Before I could hit “buy” though, I said to myself “do I want to spend ($X) at this business anymore?” And the answer was - no, again for the above and more.

I wish OS the best, but they need to treat their customers equally, and realize not all are going...

Saw an ad on Facebook and fell in love immediately! My true passion is beach travel and combing the shores for treasures - particularly sea glass and shark teeth. First purchase and love my cobalt glass and Atocha coin. Silly me, I didn’t order a second bracelet to wear them together! Excellent craftmanship, each piece is unique great prices and fun group of people. Happy to be a part of a community to share my same interests. I love you guys already! ❤️🏖🐚🌊🦈
