Krispy catch — Restaurant in Arlington

The place was dead and remained that way the entire time we were there. I honestly believe the sign is keeping some people from trying it. Which is a shame as it was very good. It has Cajun under the title. Not wanting Cajun, I was nervous, but they assured us it was normal catfish. It was and it was very good.

My sister reported that the onion rings tasted a little fishy but otherwise everything was great.

The Downside is that unless you are getting water or a basket which comes with a drink, French fries and 2 hush puppies, drinks are a separate charge. We had to wait for a few minutes for someone to show up, but not long. She was very nice and friendly. Brought the food and even offered refills without being asked.

Wow, I cannot believe how bad the food was. I had a pound of shrimp and my fiance had the shrimp and crub bucket #1. Neither of us could finish it which is saying something. The shrimp was dirty af and extremely overcooked making it difficult to peel and eat. The crab was also overcooked and basically mush on the inside ensuring a difficult time getting anything out of the shell. I literally stopped halfway through my shrimp because one piece left me wi5h a mouthful of shrimp sludge. We brought this up to the waitress who responded rather dismissively that "They don't clean the shrimp here". Who doesn't clean/purge their shrimp before a boil?! I was a little surprised, it’s a small place in Kroger Shopping center, it was much better than I anticipated. (Arkansas and 360) I had the shrimp and crab boil. 1/2 pound of each with corn and potatoes. The garlic butter sauce it was in was delicious. It was a lot of food. Very tasty, came out very hot. My husband had fried fish and shrimp with fries and hush puppies. It was good, we did prefer the boil, it was delicious. The service was quick and the waitress was very nice and very attentive.
