Haircut is great the rest far from great! If the hair cut was not as good as it is, i would have left one star i watch one stylist cut someones hair with holding her phone with one hand unprofessional to say the least! Stylist thats cut my hair was awesome but she was not completely trained on the stright razor l understand completely another girl was going to do it thats fine untill she had a client come in as well i was advised she would line up my beard while her other client soaked in a hot towel ok cool. My issue was they wanted me to swtich chairs to the second styilest and her chair was covered in her current cleints hair so i turned around to go back to my stylist chair and it was already occupied! Thats where i draw the line and i said i will pass and walked out asked if their was a problem and i kindly said no issue i am just going to pass. What sparked me to write this review is what transpired next i was to my car and i hear hey hey wait wait i turned around and it was the second stylist middle of the parking lot saying wait wait i was getting your towels i just said no thank you not interested thinking to my self (did that...

Will not be back, terrible quality haircuts and expensive. $25 for a kid’s haircut before tip. Could not tell how bad the haircut was because they put product in their hair, but after baths it was obvious how bad she cut his bangs. She asked me to pay when the haircut started because she had somewhere to be afterwards. A bit unprofessional, but understandable, so I paid and tipped before seeing the results. My other kid’s bangs were cut similar.

$55 for a men’s haircut and beard trim and she gave me bad razor burn with a trimmer. When she first started cutting my hair the trimmer jabbed me very hard and her only response was “you would think these things would stay sharp as expensive as they are”.

I will stick to great clips. Way better quality for half the cost. Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. Three different stylists for this trip and all three haircuts were bad.

I have been here a few times in the last year. After tonight I won't be going back. I have scheduled appointments with more than one stylist in the last year that were either canceled without my knowledge (today) or where I showed up on time and the stylist was late by over 30 minutes. There is no management here that I can see. I am sure they work as freelance stylists but there is no accountability. I drove 30 minutes today for my appointment just to be told my stylist wasn't there and that no one else could cut my hair. No apology, no hold on and well squeeze you in. Just a lady who said it's not my fault don't be mad at me. I wasnt even mad but he reaction to this and my previous experience tells me that this is normal for this place. I guess if you're not going to have a manager then the employees can do what they want. Just don't be surprised when people take their business to a more professional...
