Terrible Service, Decent Food We arrived and went to the cashier counter. We were greeted, no smile, and handed over to the hostess who seemed annoyed that I didn't want the table right by the door. We sat down, and we were brought Chips and Salsa promptly (this will be the one bright spot for the service piece.) Although the chips weren't warm and whole, the salsa was pretty good. Fresh tastes with good balance. Our waitress came to the table, again no smile. My wife doesn't typically order drinks out, so she was looking forward to the frozen margarita on the menu. She was promptly told she couldn't have a frozen margarita, which was reaffirmed when she questioned the response. Our food was served by the kitchen. The plates were full with nice portions, and served very hot. It is notable that my plate had two large chips in the ceramic plate. I have a photo; at what point do you replace these? The entree's were quite good. Served hot with fresh ingredients and nice seasoning. I ordered a beef tip chimi, which was sided with beans, rice, sour cream, guac, and pico. My wife got the combo plate with beef taco and chicken chimi with sour cream less the guac and pico but added corn cake. She was also pleased with all aspects of the plate. We got boxes to take leftovers. I started to hand the waitress my credit card, but it's set up to pay on the way out. On the way out, we walked by a table with a frozen margarita. At this point, I went into 'are you trying to ruin our date day' mode. I wanted to talk to a manager, and was told there wasn't one. The cashier couldn't tell me if the business was family owned. She had someone else come up who stated she was also not a manager. Zero caring for the customer in the absence of a manager. Truly hope it's better when that manager is present. The decor is colorful and bright (another photo). I feel the product served is good, but with that type of service at the front of the shop, I have to question the kitchen. Hopefully, these guys don't need Gordon Ramsay and 24 hours. When I run the Drive 15 Miles vs In the Area vs Only Place Open, it's No No and NO.

Had a terrible experience here. The food was awful. Please see attached pictures. The queso (cheese dip) is obviously watered way down, to the point of looking like dirty dishwater at times. Please see attached pictures. Plates are sloppy and, in some cases, chipped along the rim, posing a cutting hazard. Please see attached pictures. Food is mostly flavorless (unless you think oversalted is a flavor). I ordered the chicken mole. What I got was dry pulled chicken with an enchilada sauce on it pretending to be mole. Waiter admitted that they don't actually have a mole sauce in the restaurant. Please don't have dishes in the menu that you cannot actually make. I ordered a plate of nachos to replace my chicken mole thinking 'no one can mess up nachos'. I was wrong. The deluxe nachos are supposed to come with lettuce and tomatoes. I asked for no lettuce (which they complied with to their credit) but my tomato was just a slice of tomato, not the diced tomatoes used everywhere else ever in Mexican cooking, especially on nachos. Please see attached pics. I guess I was supposed to nibble bites off my one tomato slice while eating my nachos? It makes no sense, especially since my wife had diced tomatoes in her pico de gallo with her shrimp quesadilla. Ordered the flan with kalua as a dessert. Received obviously old, store bought flan with the ridges to prove it was scrapped out of some plastic container. Please see attached pictures. At least it was sitting in a puddle of alcohol.

This was our first visit here. It was Saturday night close to 8:00. The restaurant was busy, but a booth was available with immediate seating. Chips and salsa were delivered to our table upon our arrival. Several servers tended to us. One getting beverages, another took our order. We did not feel rushed at all. The food arrived relatively fast. Flavors were what one would usually expect. Portions were more than we could eat. The decor was exceptionally colorful. I noticed music was on briefly. There also was a baseball game that I noticed several people watching. Perhaps the music would interfere listening to the game announcer. Towards the back of the dining was a small bar with seating. Overall, if you are hungry for a Mexican dinner, Si Senor's will satisfy your cravings.

Let me be clear, I've been eating here with family and friends for YEARS! (( Also im aware my grammar is bad and so is my punctuation))

Normally the waiter or waitress would seat me/guest and give us menus give us a minute to pick drinks, bring chips and salsa and get said drinks, Right? Not this time. We had to seat ourselves when there was only one other group in the whole restaurant. Not a big deal I guess, but it oddly gave me a bad feeling about this service today. We sat down waited maybe 10 minutes the waiter asked us what drinks we wanted without even giving us menus, I panicked and ordered a Mt Dew regretfully, Seeing as Im borderline diabetic but I felt rushed and with no menu, I wasn't sure what else they had to offer. The waiter brought us the drinks, no straws, still no menus, tiny dip cups of salsa and cold stale chips. Salsa use to come in a bowl but OK. I finally asked for menus and it took 5-10 minutes for him the bring it to us, we've been sitting here for nearly 20-30 mins and just now got menus. I get the same thing every time and I ordered it, Believing it came with rice I asked for it to come on the side so my friend could have it, he said sure. Failing to mention to me they changed how that dish is and it doesn't come with rice anymore. My friend ordered a special burrito. Took a long while to get the food and once we got it a lot was amiss, Burrito normally with green stuff, and cream on the side, had it on the top of it already which made the burrito kinda soggy and not to mention the inners of the burrito was cold and not much to enjoy.. My meal itself was pretty much Steak, Cheese and tortilla, with rice on the side. Meat was cold the cheese was extra clumpy, and the tortillas was cold as well. Rice also cold to touch and seemed to be really seasoned.. We didn't complain then cause the waiter seemed to have his hands full with the one other table in the restaurant, with a large family having a dinner. Just suffered in silence til I got the check, He had charged me for a side order of rice, instead of the "rice on the side" We spoke to a manager who told me that what I ordered didn't come with rice to begin with, and that I ordered what I got, then I reply "its always had rice though." the manager then told me "show me on the menu where it said that, then giving me a menu that I didn't look at before which had changed cause the special i got wasn't on the page it use to be. Said no rice on it but replaced with jalapenos, I reply "it use to say it.. must have changed" the manger smug said "I was going to take it off your bill but then you started being greedy" GREEDY?! when something has always had rice then is changed how is that ME being greedy? p.s Waiter wasn't Clearing tables we were surrounded by messy tables.

OVER ALL: Bad Waiter Service, Cold Food, Kid throwing up- wasn't handled well by server or family but not entirely staff's fault But still gross. Calling someone greedy over Miscommunication is some BS. WILL NOT be going back to Si Senor's. cause 34+ dollars for cold food and bad service and being called Greedy...
