I've been with metro going on 3 year's...today was one of the worst experience I've had with an employee at this location. He had a chip on his shoulder from the time I walked in...when asked what he can help me with and I explained my situation..he got very angry talked to me so disrespectful and went off on me that I created an issue that he didn't know if he could fix or help me...downed customer service and anything I said. He would not listen whatsoever...if he is representing metro and how they treat ther customers I want nothing to do with this company. After all the bs and him making me cry it took him less then 10 mins to fix the phone. Then turned round told me it was 25 w/tax then he told me it be 27...when I went to pay it turned into 30 even.. I didn't receive A receipt. Also did not get Any text stating that the payment was posted to My account. Told not free that you have to pay it all upfront. We decided to walk away because we have other devices we can swap to for free online The clerk then asked how how much money we have, and after saying we only have a small amount for the next week, he then changed his tune and offered a device that cost the stated amount, WITH a change to her phone plan. 1st: Stick to your marketing! 2nd: dont ask people how much money they have. 3rd: If someone is walking away, dont beg for them to come back only to still not follow your company's advertisements.

Read moreI don't like leaving bad reviews, but today was the most unwelcome I've ever felt walking into a commission based establishment. My salesperson had no personality, acted like they had no idea of their "Free Phone Fiesta" promotion that is on their website and all over social media, and attempted to tell me that Metro PCS isn't affiliated with T-Mobile. I had to ask them if they wanted to pull up my account to check and see if I had an upgrade. Which I do. They did later mention that T-Mobile is their parent company while they lazily showed me a phone I asked about. I will be driving to a further location when I decide to upgrade my phone to give my money to someone...
