Wingstop — Restaurant in Asheboro

Quite possibly the worst food I've ever had. I 100% honestly think this might be the worst WingStop in the United States. WingStop corporate needs to make a visit to the store immediately, they would probably lose their franchise. The staff is literally the worst. They will have 3-4 people at the front of the store by the register while people wait for long periods of time. The staff is so unprofessional. Started laughing at customer's names because they didn't know how to pronounce it. So Sad. They need to try and not hire the first people they see because jesus christ it's a circus in there. I really hope the owner sees this message. AND TO TOP IT OFF. The food is literally unimaginably terrible. THEY WILL NOT PUT SAUCE ON YOUR WINGS. THE DRYEST WINGS I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. IT'S LIKE THEY TOOK A TABLESPOON OF SAUCE, AND THEN TOOK HALF OF THAT AND THREW IT ON TOP OF YOUR WINGS. ON TOP OF THAT THE FRIES WERE LITERALLY WARM RAW POTATOES. THEY NEED A NEW FRYER MAYBE, BECAUSE THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN RAW POTATOES AS FRIES. MOSQUITO INFESTATION IN THERE TOO.

Sorry for the rant but you know if I went out of my way to write a review that 1.) It's most likely all very true 2.) This place will never become better unless the OWNER and MANAGER realize. I really hope this message gets to them because I'm very sure people are having the same experience.

AND IT'LL ALL BE BECAUSE YOU HIRED UNQUALIFIED INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES THAT DROVE THE BUSINESS...

Walking in all seemed fine. The bag was sealed and ready to pick up, and the building seemed clean. Then it was all bad. Fries were soggy and not good seasoning, but the wings were a joke. Over $30 for 2 meals and the 10 piece boneless wings were 4 boneless and 6 scraps. I would have gotten better chicken from McDonald's chicken nuggets. I contacted the corporation, and a local manager was supposed to contact me. Still nothing. They offered me a gift cad for more than I spent. I said, "How about a refund because I won't be using a gift card there. No contact since then. They don't care, and management obviously has no idea and let's quality slip. Won't spent any more money there. The picture is how my wings were when opened. Didn't eat any, only spread them out for a picture. It's not even close to worth...

So my boyfriend and I visit this location frequently and we are usually pretty satisfied but this most recent was disappointing minus the sweet lady that took our order. She was the best part of the entire visit so thank you Dominique! In the process of making orders, a gentleman not working was in the food area not wearing a hair net or any type of head covering. One employee was not wearing gloves as he was preparing food. The chicken on the sandwich was very much over seasoned as well the fries also being over seasoned. I completely understand that closing time is at midnight but please don't rush a customer's order because you just want to get us out of the way. Please do...
