Ambiente Modern Furniture — Local services in Asheville

This posting is about our appreciation of how Zoey went above and beyond in providing service to us after we had bought several pieces of furniture from Ambiente that included Stressless chairs and a dining room table and chairs. While putting the Stressless chairs together, Zoey noted that the base was not screwing in appropriately. We would never have known that this was an issue until the base had broken. She called to ask us if she could repair the 2 chairs - we said, “Of course”.

The the leaf to the dining room table had a large scratch on it upon delivery. The store took the piece back to try to repair it but the scratch was still noticeable. So Zoey once again came to our rescue and is ordering a new leaf for the table. During this visit, she also repaired a few minor scratches on two dining room chairs.

UPDATE: We have purchased again and Sarah has been helpful, responsive, offers great design advice-- and we are once again so grateful for the customer service and quality on the store. Asheville has limited retail resources for furniture and this store excels.

My husband and I happened upon Ambiante and it's been a first class experience from selection to sales to sectional delivery! Our sales associate was low pressure and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was flawless. There was a small problem and the store stood behind their warranty-- we heard from them immediately to remedy it. We had the pleasure of meeting the store owner Jasper and he's committed to great products and customer service. Awesome Store, Awesome Service! I happened upon this store as a newbie in town. WOW! The furniture here is gorgeous and of the highest quality. Though mostly very modern, there is something here for everyone. Don’t let the Modern keep you away. Matt spent a great amount of time speaking to us and educating us about the furniture. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and best of all very friendly and happy to share his time. I called the next day because I have an old Stressless chair in need of repair. I spoke with David who couldn’t have been more helpful. My husband and I took the chair in and David fixed it right there on the spot! Like, Matt, David gave us plenty of time and was also friendly.
