đđź After reading previous reviews about this store, I was nervous about what my experience would be like, but I have no complaints! The staff were kind, courteous and respectful. They were really busy during Christmas and the lines were long but every person at a register was clearly doing the best they could and they had great attitudes. If I could change one thing about the store it would be that it be in a stand-alone building, not in a mall. // đđź Regarding rude employees, I have been to this store multiple times and have yet to experience rudeness from any of the staff. In my experience with difficult staff, there is usually a reason for an outward negativity (you never know what their life outside of work is like or what they are dealing with ... a marriage falling apart, death of a child, might be losing their home, abuse, etc) ... IF I encounter grumpy staff I go the extra mile in trying to return kindness and find a way to make them smile, or even say "I really appreciate your help today." I have seen the sourest people become soft with a kind word and a smile. I know this Hallmark is in a time of transition and I am sure it can feel overwhelming and stressful to the employees as they get their footing. But as for me, I have yet to witness anything remotely negative from the people who work...
   Read moreI have been going to this store for years now and have bought tons of Hallmark ornaments. Recently the store was bought out by another group. I ordered online three power cords for ornaments and went to pick them up today. Ordered on Saturday with more than enough time to process. I got to the store and their payment processing system is down, they were only taking cash and even though I had the confirmation e-mail of the order because they couldnât push buttons they wouldnât release the three cords to me. So, I ordered them on rushed shipping at greater cost to me for arrival on Wednesday. I had already spent a half hour driving over to pick these up. In future, the ownership of this store needs to think about ill treatment of long-term customers.    Read moreSo todayâs experience at hallmark was the worst ; and I love this hallmark I have always gone to this one because everyone is nice. But today there were 2 ladies that were rude I simply asked for a price check and I guess they assumed that I was ready to check out and I told them I was still looking one of the ladies looked mad and I could hear them talking âsecretlyâ about myself not being ready to check out. So when I went to check out the lady asked me âare you going to buy or just ask for a price checkâ I said checkout but thought rude to myself so then as she was ringing up the items one rang up wrong and she fixed it and then it happened again and I kinda gasped and she was like âdang chill Iâm going to fix it sheeshâ I donât think customers should be talked like that I just thought the whole experience was awful!
