Buckle — Local services in Ashland

I have purchased my jeans etc. from Buckle for a while now because of repair or exchange for a default I recently went to a store in Cincinnati Ohio to ask about getting my jeans repaired and they said that they could do it even though that has been more than 60 days at no cost however there was a closer buckle to my home they told me to take the Jeans to Ashland Kentucky they refused to repair my jeans.
