EXCELSIOR! Super friendly customer service combined with a fantastic selection of comics, graphic novels, toys, collectibles, and amazing ice cream! I stumbled upon this stellar shop and was very, very, impressed. The young lady at the front ice cream counter made me feel very welcomed and offered her help to me. You don't have this type of service at most comic book shops these days, and you may never find one that sells delicious ice cream as well. I found a few nice gifts and comics for my teenage children. The dairy free pineapple shake was a wonderful treat on a hot day. I appreciate that you offer almond milk. SPOILED FOOD. I came here last Saturday 11/16/2024 I got a scoop of ice cream and one of the butter beers I had never had butter beer from anywhere so I did not really know what it should taste like and it was super sour like sour milk and I drank a little bit of it and then decided it had to be spoiled it can't taste like this and it was one of the workers tasted some from the machine said the date on it was good but it was spoiled I was able to get refunded for just the butter beer my stomach was upset the rest of the day and I ended up throwing up a couple of times later in the evening. Im not the type of person to leave reviews seeing as I work in the service industry. However the service here was not good at all as soon as we walk in we see 2 workers who stare at us from the time we walk in untill we leave. As we are deciding what we want the employee looks frustrated that we are looking around at the ice cream. We then ask for 2 small cups which somehow totaled to 12.70. We now realizing we where probably overcharged.
