Torrid — Local services in Ashland

So beyond frustrating experience tonight in Torrid. Looking for some new wardrobe options as I am newly pregnant and needing some bigger items. I am a platinum rewards member and spend well over $1000 a year at Torrid. I walk in and get a very inpersonable hello with no offer of help - being in retail management that is bad but I will overlook and get my own items.. I have four items at the counter to buy and am trying on a few more when I opened the fitting room door to ask a girl who was close if she had a smaller size.. her response to me was “I don’t know but YOU can go look”. I was dumbfounded. She walked back towards the registers where she got on her phone and continued associating with the other team members about personal stuff. Again.. completely DUMBFOUNDED. I got everything I was trying on and put it back where it belonged (retail side of me can’t help myself). As I went to leave the girl didn’t even raise her head and said have a good night. My reply was you just lost $200 and a loyal customer. Coming from a retail company that closed due to changes in the retail store front etc., I would much rather buy my clothes in store where I can try them on and support local retailers. This is not Bloom but his wife Blossom. Me being a queen size woman. Has never been so ashamed in my life. Then going into the Torrids at the Ashland mall. The four lazy sloppy women working in there, truly shamed me as a woman when I asked for help finding an outfit while they were socializing in the middle of the store they then went and piled up at the counter on their cell phones instead of helping me. And those four employees were very lazy and inconsiderate of my needs. I told them kind of what I was looking for an all four of them neglected to help me in any way, shape or form. They all just went up to the counter and start playing on their cell phones. And spent 20 minutes in there with no help because everyone was playing on their cell phones. I had an exceptionally unpleasant experience at another retailer just a few doors down in the Ashland mall, left nearly in tears, walked into Torrid and Sarah the manager turned my entire day around. She made me feel comfortable she took time to properly size me for a bra, gave me several selections to choose from to find a fit that felt and looked great. She really went above and beyond!...
