Blossom Juicy Bar — Restaurant in Ashland

The place feels like it’s not as fun to be in as it used to be. There used to be hundreds of post its of pictures and comments all over the walls and now they’re all basically gone?

It’s just kind of crazy to me because I remember I used to see notes from like months ago and now they’re all gone.

On top of that the line was ridiculous. There’s no order whatsoever. People all over the place and only one worker the day I came in, and really I could look past it if the drink was good, but i got a matcha milk tea and it was HORRENDOUS. I’ve never came here before and had such a negative experience. It seems the more I come lately, the more I want to not come again.

And not to mention the last couple times i’ve been in the floor is falling apart more and more and it doesn’t seem like anything it being done about it. The place looks worse every time i walk in.

I used to come here with my friends all the time too and we would come get a drink and hangout at the mall and we would enjoy talking to the workers, but it seems like lately the workers don’t even want to be here.

This place used to be so much more fun to be in, but now I don’t even wanna look at the place.. Do better!!

I would be so much happier with any other drink place here. This is just awful. I just need to let people know how awful whoever is running this place is doing. And they need to do something about having one person work the whole time while another sits in the back!

Let’s start with the health violations. Everytime I’ve came in there has been A TON of fruit flys and a fly trap hanging above where they make the drinks. I have also notice mold on the walls and in the blenders and the floor is falling a part. There is one employee that I notice frequently and they are extremely rude. I have experienced them talking bad on other customers while I was in the store and reading off bad reviews to customers… I would say that is bad for business. I have noticed they sit on their phone while there are people at the register and their coworkers is swamped with orders. I also have personal experiences with the management being awful and heard the employees speaking horrible things about him. (Not getting paid is the one that stood out the most to me.) They are always out of everything and it seems that no shipments come in for months. It would be different if the employees were nice about it but they aren’t. This store is sad and the management needs to know about it but let’s be honest they...

I’m dropping my review for now, in general it is not a bad place at all. BUT… A lot of things are out of stock for long amounts of time and I’ve noticed stuff having less flavor and all of their syrups are slowly transitioning to powders which is less flavorful and ruins the taste for some drinks. Again, not a bad place, never has been. If there’s a plan to cut costs, that may not be the best move. I know I’m not a critic or in any place to demand things or act like I own the joint, I’m just stating what I’ve noticed, even if it does NOTHING. I still enjoy this place, but I must distance from it for now :(. Also, the workers seem nervous or just unable to focus well. I’m not sure what’s going on, but something’s changed and it’s not for the better.

Originally I was very very pleased and excited about coming to this juice bar, it was my favorite!! Now I have plans to practice making it from home, I hope...
