Pollock's is the only place I buy jewelry for my wife. They have a large Pandora selection and now Alex and Ani. These are the best brands for a easy gift. They shine with the selection of finer jewelry. We got our weddings rings, engagement rings, and several other pieces of fine jewelry . I have never been disappointed with the quality. I will be a life long customer.

One year after the first paragraph of the review I'm finishing up a custom piece of jewelry completely designed from the ground up. Working with the jeweler at pollocks has been a great experience. I've asked questions, thrown out several ideas and ways to go about the piece. He has listened to it all taken into account the representation of the piece and I just had the pleasure of giving it my final approval to be made. He walked me through what was structurally possible and sound. Informed me about gems, and went back over diamond 4c's. I haven't been more at ease with a purchase decision.

Everytime I go into the store I'm greater and waited on very quickly. I've walked in a work uniform and dirty jeans and shirt. I've ways been treated with respect. Their staff took the time to assess the situation and, after realizing the ring’s metal composition, they thoughtfully recommended that I seek immediate medical attention to avoid further complications. I wish my experience with them was pleasant! One of the least professional places I have ever visited. They were not truthful about their price upfront (the sales lady should have told us the right price range from the beginning, very misleading), and the customer service is very poor. They are not true to their words at all! If you’re repairing chain, it’s better to buy a wire cutter from a craft store and do it by yourself! It’s not worth coming here! I still had to redo my chain myself after having it done by them. Though the resized ring looks shinier and fits good, they did good job polishing my ring and sizing it, but they should be more respectful and professional on the phone and in person!
