We had stopped in last summer and my sister who is gluten free was so excited to have a cupcake she could eat. She loved it and has been going on and on about the cupcake since. For her 17th Birthday my mom and I surprised her with her own custom gluten free cake. Pamela is so nice and was very helpful when I called to order the cake. We were so happy when the bakery opened, as we spend a lot of the spring, summer and fall in Ashtabula. The bakery is super clean and the shelves well stocked with a wide variety of baked goods.
