In June 2021I purchased a screw on pair of earring for my not yet 2 yr old granddaughter. We have lost the backs to these earrings numerous times but have found the back each time. So today I decided to go into the store with my receipt and the associate(Tami) that worked there was so darn crabby (i think she needed to eat lunch) all I wanted was replacement backs, which we were told you get a life time backs if you lose them. I did mention that to her and she LAUGHED at me! She sold me the earrings in June and at that time was sweet as pie. Tami claimed she would have never said that! oh well you did. She proceeded to tell me that her daughter loses backs all the time bla bla bla I personally don't care about her daughters misfortune. All I wanted was replacement backs thinking maybe the back was striped due to them being screw on earring. Well needless to say she was not helping me at all. We stood there just staring at each other. So finally I said are you going to service me on these 2 month old earrings? Then she offered up some sort of backs that would clip/grip onto the earring post!! OMG that was the most painful lunch hr I have had! I did inform her that if she would have offered that in the beginning it would have been much easier. I was going to purchase a more expensive pair of earrings but heck no if they can stand by a cheap pair what will happen with a more expensive pair, not going to happen! I would not recommend going to this place on a lunch hr and maybe not even purchasing from this store. Horrible customer service. I did just call to get her name and she very reluctantly gave me her first name. I did let her know I was going to give her this one...
Read morePosting here and calling corporate on Monday morning. They clearly shouldn’t work in a service of customers with very poor customer service. My friend and I went here for a ring. Knew exactly what we wanted. I was making the purchase. We had 2 people in front of us, fine. But they didn’t bother even acknowledge that we were there, so I made a comment at least acknowledge your customers while I waited a good 10-15 minutes without anything said. So another 2 customers pulled up and they acknowledge them. They also decided to help those two customers and ignore us. poor service and had us waiting there for a long time WASTING MY TIME. I’ve worked in retail, I know what the expectations are and if I could give a 0 that’s exactly what they would get. I took my business somewhere else. A place that was twice as busy, but they acknowledge us, they were super helpful and did their beat to be prompt....

I asked how much it would be and was told by the rep that the only cost would be the price of the studs, which should have been $38. As I was being rung up, they added $6 for an extended warranty. I said I didn’t want that. She said it was unable to be removed. Then tacked on $20 for aftercare product, which I already have at home. Also couldn’t be removed. Before long, it came to twice what we were told it would be. I was left with the choice of walking away or teaching my kids that it’s acceptable to get steamrolled by retail associates lying to hit attachment numbers....
