Mad Chicken — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

I'm reviewing Mad Chicken on my first visit and so far I think it's pretty good. I ordered the Mad Fire combo and so far it's a pretty good sandwich given it's use of mild cheddar and grilled onions. My pet peeve so far is that the sandwich itself doesn't have a distinct seasoning that can set itself apart, the Mad Fire sauce isn't as spicy as I hoped it would.

Otherwise, it's great the fried products are cook to order because it's easily the best way to have any fried foods. To make the price of the meal worthwhile, I recommend coming up with a seasoning that would compliment the chicken. We’ve ordered several times through door dash, because my wife likes them, but they’ve screwed up every order. And it’s not the fault of door dash because these bags are stapled at the store. They forgot a chicken and waffles on our last order, so door dash refunded us and we re ordered just that and they shorted us tenders. Nothing special about this food. It’s disappointing because they specialize in chicken but they over cook everything, wings, tenders, sandwiches, all tough and dry. While the tenders were good, the employee that helped us, Sarah, rolled her eyes when I asked where my change was, then when she handed us our food I had to ask for the ranch the was requested at the time of order. Again she rolled her eyes. Now I could understand forgetting the ranch, but when we were the only order taken and handed out in the few minutes we stood at the counter, it's not acceptable.
