Quantity is obviously over quality, which looks to be the case with the unprofessional staff. As a manager, I would have absolutely ZERO tolerance for the poor customer service these staff displayed. A handful of unfriendly staff at the counter acting more concerned with pretending not to see us, and too "busy" to acknowledge customers who were trying to order. We waited for quite some time while staff after staff walked past and avoided all eye contact with me. I only learned of their "early" closing due to overhearing a female staff mumble to a customer that they were "closed", which was only 2pm at the time. Google states they weren't closing until 6pm. There were NO closed signs but worst of all, none of the staff had brains to tell waiting customers that they were closing early. No apologies from anyone after I had to reconfirm what I overheard. Everyone in a "rush" to "go home" but NEWSFLASH, you're still "on the job" and obligated to provide service until you clock out for the day. Isn't that what you're paid to do?

Such shame that these employees are getting paid to be rude. Due to the unprofessionalism, I'm not wasting time...

Worst experience ever! They made the wrong sandwich at 1st but at least hers looked better than the one the other girl redid. And the girl that redid the sandwich threw the one that was wrong in the garbage like she was mad. Anyway the girl clearly did not know what she was doing because she was struggling to get the chicken off the grill. I thought she would've made a new one because it was a mess. But no she just laughed and continued to make it. I said I wanted extra tomatoes and some jalapeños. No extra tomatoes but a bunch of jalapeños. Bread was hard and crumbling. Chicken was dry. My 12yr old daughter said she'd be embarrassed to hand something like that to a customer. And the fries weren't hot because they took so long do redo the sandwich. I didn't say anything because clearly nobody cared. Even though they seen me shaking my head. But I will be calling Monday morning to talk with the owner about this. And I tipped them! You shouldn't even have an option to tip right away not knowing what kind of service you're...

Our experience at this location was horrible. The cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude and argued with my husband about what he ordered. When the menu clearly stated different options for the #1. I've only had the fries there and I was going to order a combo but with how she was I opted out on that and just got some fries. While we were waiting for our food we noticed she was eating ice with her hands out of the ice machine. That is extremely disgusting. Our food was meh. Some of my fries werent done all the way and his sandwich didn't have flavor like in the past. We were highly unsatisfied with our order.
