Express — Local services in Ashwaubenon

I’ve been shopping at this particular store for years. I recently moved out of town (1.5 hours away) and still come back to shop at this store. I was shopping with my husband today, to find clothes for an upcoming wedding. I’ve had prior experience that were not the best but today really crossed the line. My husband, who has never bought dress shirts from express, grabbed 3 different sized shirts to try on. For $60 a shirt, we wanted to make sure the shirt actually fit, as it’s a 3 hour trip to return it. Upon asking for a fitting room, the lady who helped us was beyond rude. She didn’t want my husband to try on more than one shirt, assuming she didn’t want to have to refold them. She was rude enough that he felt horribly uncomfortable and didn’t want to try on anything else. How can you pick a piece of clothing, without trying it on? We get that it’s not ideal to have to refold, but we weren’t doing it just for fun. After leaving the fitting room, this same lady stood 5 feet away from us and was continuously staring at us. Everytime I come to this location, no matter what time of day or evening, never does a SINGLE salesperson ever greet me nor ask if I need help. Just walk right on past as if I'm invisible. I avoid shopping at this location because the majority of the time, they are ALL snooty. You'd think you just walked in to some high-end exclusive hoity-toity boutique. I came in at 8:07 pm. The store does not close until 9 PM. Tonight were 1 dark-haired brunette with glasses who was standing behind the register and the other was a curly-haired dirty blonde. There were no other customers besides me and my daughters and both workers acted as if THE store was already closed and I was intruding. So rude and snobby, Express Staff @Bay Square Mall. Who do you think you are? This is Green Bay/Ashwaubenon, known for the Packers but definitely not fashion. Unlike the Packers, your fashion style game is too weak to be acting like snobs and working in the fast fashion retail industry. This place is so terrible now. I went in on New Year’s Eve looking for a New Year’s Eve outfit and no one asked if I needed help. One of the employees was on her phone talking to someone the whole time I was there and the other employee was behind the counter yelling that we had 6 minutes to buy something.
