Extreme Audio — Local services in Ashwaubenon

I bought a 2012 Expedition out of state and the dealer included a dvd player. I didn't want to wait out of state to pick it up. So they shipped it to me and I was going to have it installed here in town. I called Extreme audio and they wanted to sell me headrest dvd players instead of the overhead I already had. I said no I just want the one I have installed. They quoted me two hours at $75 dollars per hour. No problem. My wife called and made and appointment. She let them know that she would have to wait for the truck. There place is under construction and they had no place to wait. So she took an uber to the mall. And sat and waited for 3 Hours. She never heard back, but figured that they must be done by now. When she got there, nothing was done. They said they knew a half hour into it that they could not do it, but never called. Just let my wife sit. Funny I called Muntz and they said no problem and we set up an appointment with them. I have no idea why they couldn't do it.I see ford expeditions everywhere with dvd players in them. I think it's just because we didn't buy the dvd player from them. Muntz has no problem doing it. I am also buying headrest dvd players from muntz as well for my other truck. If Extreme audio didn't have the expertise to get a dvd player installed, then they should have called and let my wife know, instead of letting her sit. This place is joke. They are out my install and two headrest dvd players, because they couldn't make a phone call. Don't go...

Jack and his installer in the Appleton shop were EXCELLENT. I am not experienced at all in car audio and they took their time going over every feature of my new system. Installation was done in less than one hour. Furthermore, I called at 9am, inquired of their service, and was able to set an appointment for noon, I was out the door before 1pm with a great system that included Bluetooth so I can now talk on the phone without hassle. I called a number of installers in the area and I would have had to wait a week to two before I could get my car in! I have never been treated like I was stupid before talking to Dan at Extreme Audio. I needed a 6x9 speaker adapter plate for an aftermarket speaker. Even though I HAVE THE SPEAKER IN PLACE, the bolt holes don't line up and Dan kept insisting that I 'just have it in there wrong' and that the bolt holes should line up. Dan, I'm STARING at the bolt holes as we're speaking. THEY DON'T LINE UP. He kept insisting that it should fit, or to take my car in so they could look at it.
