I have been a loyal customer of Cheese Cake Heaven, and my wife and I have always enjoyed coming here for breakfast or lunch. We appreciate the simple, old-school ordering system and the way they maintain their original charm. Their coffee and sandwiches are consistently good, which keeps us coming back.

However, during my recent visits, I have encountered a younger cashier who has a notably unfriendly attitude. She never smiles, and her responses feel cold and indifferent. This morning at around 9:30 AM, I casually asked about the display coolers as they appeared empty, and her response was a curt, “We have everything on the menu,” without any effort to engage. Even when handing me my coffee, she did so in a dismissive manner, making the interaction feel unwelcoming. Yet, I noticed that she was laughing and chatting comfortably with her coworkers, showing a stark contrast in behavior.

A friendly attitude goes a long way in enhancing a customer’s experience, and unfortunately, her service left a negative impression. While I love the food and atmosphere, I now find myself reconsidering whether I should continue coming here. I understand that losing one customer may not matter much to them, but I do hope this feedback helps in improving the service...

CheeseCake Heaven, and honestly, it's not heaven! First and last time I will be ordering food from here, first off the prices are very high for cheesecake. I ordered a turtle cheesecake for $22, and it was so small I could fit the whole cake in one hand; however, I kept an open mind about it thinking the flavor would make up for the price. Oh, boy was I wrong, it tasted old, and I mean weeks old, nothing compared to a fresh cheesecake from the cheesecake factory. So disappointed, I also ordered cannoli's, and those also tasted very old and dry for a cannoli. One last thing is the customer service from this older lady who was working on April 24th, 2020. I walked in, and no one was around, so I waited for like 15 till she finally came out from the back and gave this terrible attitude and didn't even have my order ready even tho I ordered it 25 mins before arriving. NO, they were not busy, so they had time. Honestly, I had heard bad things from this place, but I wanted to give them a chance, but after spending $50.00 on a bunch of tasteless, dry, old food, I won't be coming back. I have always loved Cheesecake Heaven. Nice reto music and laid back casual atmosphere. But all good things must come to an end sadly. Last week hubby and I stopped in for a lunch. I ordered my usual avocado, bacon and sprouts wrap. I couldn't believe what they brought to me. No smile, just a blank stare and plopped it down. The wrap was in a SHABBLES. I looked at it and wondered how I would eat it. I thought I will use a fork it was that bad. Well the forks are cheap and was hard to cut all the STUFFING spilling out. I HESITANTLY brought it back as I am pretty patient. The cashier blankly said we can replace it and they did. Now why would they have served it to me in the first place. It looked like an eight year old put it together. The second wrap was much better but this is the kicker....there was black rotten avocados in that second wrap!!!! Over half the avocadoes were bad. Had to throw the second half of it away. Not one employee was friendly. Used to be my fav place but I fear it's hard to find good help. Now I am hesitant to go back and am looking for a new place.
