I went to T.J.Maxx today to buy a gift for my daughter. A cashier by the name Edith with a very strong accent turn to me and said. I have to open the product to inspect inside. I wouldn't have any issues if the package was already open; but the merchandise had a seal in it. Why is that she will want to break the seal for? The customer service was the worsted. I asked for the manager and didn't get any better; her name is Pat. So rude they both were!, I asked: if is sealed why do you want to open? They told me they have to open and said the zipper was stuck. That was a travel case set small kind. I show it to the manager Pat and Edith the nylon seal is there and that's why you are having trouble in open; she completely ignore what I said. I even offer to open myself or getting other one. So I went back to get another one but they didn't have anymore so I went back and I heard they laughing and making comments about me. I was more polite with them then they were with me. I'm truly desappointed with that customer service since the beginning; so much rudeness between the cashier and cashier manager. Truly I don't know which was worse. Both arguing with me about that they couldn't open because the fabric was caught up on the zipper they could not see the nylon seal. And I was showing them the whole time the seal and yet they denied. Finally I told Pat the manager. If you get a scissors I can open for you, all I wanted was to get over that whole paraphernalia that she created so I can buy the merchandise. She got a scissors and she said: I will do it! With angry attitude. When she open she gave to the cashier, the worse cashier I've seen in my life. So rude and sarcastic. She inspect something that was previously sealed. Not even a apology I got from them. I had to teach them what to look for it because they both couldn't even see the seal. I'm very upset about this because that was not a reason to open the seal was also a gift for this reason we like to have the seal intact. I like the Home goods store and T.J Maxx. But this was not a good a right customer service very low level with Pat and Edith. That was in Atascocita T.J Maxx.    Read moreIf you come to the store and ur first find is something big that canât be carried around the store and want to keep looking around, donât go to the front to ask if you can leave it and pay it when you are done looking around. I was soo happy to have found a wall decor that was big and cannot fit around the store halls so we went to the front to ask a lady if we can put it in the front until we are done looking around. She said yes and to write our name on a paper so they can know itâs ours, when we are done looking around the store and went to cashier our wall frame was gone. The lady went to look for it and so did my husband to check it they put it back with the other wall decor but unfortunately they could not find it, I was upset because if they could have just said they canât keep unpaid stuff in the front we could of have paid it first put it in our car and then come back, but no we thinking someone else saw it and got it, I mean it was soo beautiful and whoever took it ik they love it just like I did when I first saw it.    Read moreI love Home Goods and TJ Maxx . They have great deals but every time I come to this particular store they are watching me and following me so hard. I have two small children 5 and 2 and I have parked my basket at the outside of the bathroom door twice and went in with my children who needed to use the bathroom. Once the manager followed me all the way from the front and passed me at the back as I was proceeding to get my child out the cart. Then as I was coming out the bathroom that manager was still hanging around the back and passed another manager and gave him a look and said. âIâm going on break.â The second time I brought my children to the bathroom an employee was already in the bathroom stall just standing in there. When I finally got up to the register the man checking me out looked through a vanity container I was buying for my daughter. I was already upset and proceeded to tell him â I didnât put anything in there.â He laughed a little and said â I have to check.â This is so disappointing.
