A cashier was so rude to me for no reason for a simple question that i ask the return lady she got mad at me to the point of calling the manager. She was sooo mad it was all over her face is crazy. That she has anger problems and she can't contain a simple situation shes the one making attitude and faces at me even saying out loud is not my problem. Like no one was talking to her fist off all. This was the situation I was in return line I had a item to buy also on the line they were was only 2 ppl. The lady inform of the return side was having card problems so I ask nicely to the girl in return cashier if it would be better if I when on the other line she said no is ok I said ok I was just trying to see what was better because I have to pick up my daughters from school. The other cashier african american over hurd and ask what did I say. So she's already minding on other people conversation. Then the cashier that was african american said out loud thats not our problem and Roll her eyes and shaked her head then she said next return and she was with a attitude. mind you I was calm even after her saying that lous and clear. I told her hey I know is not your problem but u don't have to be rude. She is the one being offensive not been able to keep her mouth silence. So after that she got mad and call manager because she was such a hot head so mad for something so simple plus she's the one been rude and she's the one that's gets mad?? Wow Like why can u just have some customers service and just help me thats all if u hear some one is in a rush she had no line so she call manager to help because she was sooo mad about this simple question and she knew that she was rude plus I'm been nice to her and calm all this time and that made her more mad I left the store and told her I hope she was a better day. Is sad to go to a store were the workers take the anger on other ppl it is just not ok. I will get her name and put it here. Don't talk out loud and be rude is not ok to treat your customers like that she said it out loud so I can hear her so don't sowct me jot to sa anything I nicely said u don't have to be rude. That's all and she got so mad like if u don't want ke to tell u something don't offend and get into people's conversations. Simple as that. What a sad world we live In she needs...
Read moreI love Ross stores... But if it weren't for convenience, I'd avoid this location. The 1-âreviews don't lie! The mess starts with the manager & flows downhill. I asked the store Mgr to replace a tag on a (M)Blk blazer that I noticed (after paying) was printed on my receipt as (S)Navy Compression for $29. I called her over as I was being bagged so that it could be corrected, just in case it needed to be returned. She told me to stand aside while she checks something. She returned only to say that the security cameras recorded the transaction & if I needed to return it, they would go back to the date of purchase and look again! WHAT?! That's insane. I said nevermind return/refund. She left me standing to the side waiting AGAIN while she helped a fellow hispanic customer look through a BAG OF RECEIPTS to find the one needed for her return. NOW, SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CHECK THE CAMERA FOR THAT blatant lack of customer service! ZERO for CustServ, Zero professionalism. This was my second worst experience with this same crew. Word of advice to all that shop at this location, when they remove sensors make sure they don't detach your tags from merchandise. That's what caused my first negative experience and is the reason I brought the tag issue to the same store Managers' attention. They will accuse you of trying to return worn or used merchandise one(1) day later because the tags were removed(unknowingly) with the sensors. They definitely do a better job inspecting returns than insuring the goods they sell are in perfect condition. Don't fall for the sensor trick.... they remove the sensor, the tags are no longer...
Read moreThere's a security guard there that is a very tall black man probably mid 50's that has been completely intolerable and this is not the first time I've encountered him. I have never stolen anything in my life. I'm the kind of person who has and always will turn in cash found in the parking lot or in the doorway of a store to customer service.
Once he followed me because I think I had an umbrella stroller with my sleeping baby. There is nothing you can hide there! Then today I was making a return. We are on our way to in-laws and my husband's sandal broke so i ran in. He's a size 11. All I found was a size 10 and a size 12 so I bought both. Paid with bankcard with my pin. I walked to our vehicle and the size 10 fit and 12 was too big. I walked in with only my wallet and receipt and returned the size 12.
I then tried to walk out and I was looking past him to see where my husband parked with the kids. He intentionally acted like he was going to hit me with a couple of shopping carts. I was walking with other customers too but I let the other lady and her daughter pass in front of me. He was rolling then slowly stopped them probably 2 millimeters before hitting me.
He smiled slyly with a smirk and said " oh sorry". I stopped and gave him a face and said "oh really? ". I then went and asked for the manager at customer service and told her he had a high horse kind of attitude and I didn't appreciate it at all
She apologized and I asked her to talk to him please.
I never want to return...
